They were really kind when replying my email, and the laptop was really worth to use it. I bought a second hand laptop, and it works really well. Buying a second-hand laptop here is quite trustable.

Not even worth a 1 star iPad was locked after a hour of calling finally got someone who said they would send me a return label and ever since nothing don't answer emails or calls extremely bad service don't ever buy from them

Been promising myself to get the battery replaced in my Dell Laptop for almost a year ! I then came across Australian Computer Traders and they were advertising genuine replacement batteries for 1/4 of the cost I had been quoted by the local guys - placed my order and received a genuine Dell battery, 5 mins on U tube and 10 mins to change it out myself !!!

I recently purchased a used Apple TV (4th generation) from Australia Computer Trader, and I’m very happy with my purchase.

The device arrived in great condition and was in perfect working order, exactly as described. The packaging was also excellent, very secure and well packed to ensure everything arrived safely.

Overall, it was a smooth buying experience, and I would definitely purchase from Australia Computer Trader again.

Shipping was a breeze and everything was packaged nicely. Unfortunately the power cable that came with the computer wasn't working,but after a quick ticket to the support team, a replacement was quickly sent out and that resolved the issue. Glad to see after sales support was so responsive.

So good such good value and really helpful with my choice of laptop and so many to choose from. Price was fantastic for what I purchased.

Ordered an A grade refurbished Laptop (Dell Latitude 7420). It arrived after ACT had sent me emails to rate my experience via Aus post. The laptop arrived well packaged - 4 layers of bubble wrap. Upon opening I discovered the rear case was not clipped in properly, there was a gap. Considering this an easy fix I unscrewed the rear case screws to clip in the rear case correctly. One screw head was broken off and two screws were spinning in their mounts. I emailed ACT with pictures over a week a go - no response. Every time I call the phones ring out. No customer service. I will not be using ACT again.

Australian Computer Traders are an amazing company. They provide high quality computers for the fraction of the cost of new items and have removed any risk from purchasing refurbished computers by providing prompt and generous responses in the rare event of any unforeseen issues.
Price is great, delivery is super quick and customer support is amazing.
I purchase computers for friends, family and clients of my company "Home Tech Helper" and the need to contact them after purchase is very rare indeed, but on all occasions when I have done so, the response was fast, hassle free and effective.
I judge the performance of companies I deal with on two levels. 1) the purchasing experience and 2) customer service in the event of complications.

I had somewhat grim expectations of a “B grade” used laptop (having observed grandson’s machine!) but was very happily surprised. Very good value. I am used to the build quality of Apple MacBooks and the HP Elite laptop is right up there with Apple. But struggling to set up a Windows machine was not so happy. All working well however.
