The sizing of the ladies t shirts was different to what I was looking for and the wonderful staff went out of their way to help me by email and then a personal phone call. The delivery time frame was also exceptional. It was only 10 days between the first order, the return of the items, the replacements and the second delivery. Absolutely amazing. Congratulations
