Very good bike despite delivery problems.

Despite my poor customer experience outlined in the review below I thought I'd report that after a good few months riding the bike it is a very good product. Rides very smoothly and quietly, easy to maintain and good quality components. I hope Austin can resolve it's supply issues and thrive in a difficult market.

Not good enough

Seem like nice people, but took over a year to arrive and then issues with the bike. Tried to resolve them through calling multiple times, but not responsive. I guess that I’ll fix them myself! Need better supply chains, communication, and quality control

Do Not Buy!

If anyone is as stupid as I was to buy one of these extortionately overpriced bikes, I genuinely pray that you don’t have any issues with it. I’m currently 9 days away from commencing court action against Austin Cycles due to their refusal to speak to me and fix their faulty product.

Trust me; do not buy one of these bikes.
