I had an excellent experience with Tyler at Austen Blake Meadowhall while choosing an engagement ring for my partner in the US. From start to finish, the level of customer service, professionalism, and communication was outstanding.

Buying an engagement ring is a huge decision, especially when coordinating everything internationally, but Tyler made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. She took the time to really understand exactly what I was looking for, listened carefully to all the details I wanted, and provided honest advice throughout without ever making the process feel rushed or pressured.

What stood out most was the communication. Tyler regularly kept in touch with phone calls and updates to make sure every aspect of the ring was exactly how I wanted it. She paid close attention to the finer details, from the style and setting to making sure the final ring matched my expectations perfectly. It genuinely felt like she cared about getting everything right rather than just making a sale.

The experience felt very personal and professional throughout, and I always felt confident I was in good hands. The quality of service went above and beyond what I expected, and it made a very important purchase feel exciting rather than overwhelming.

Very pleasant staff at the Meadowhall branch. Tyler was friendly and knowledgeable. I found the whole experience a very pleasant one with a genuine interest shown in me and a very accommodating attitude towards showing me how the different elements would come together and clearly explaining all options available. Very impressed and will most likely re-visit.

Booked an appointment to look at wedding rings, Micheal was extremely helpful on selecting designs we had discussed we may like. Micheal gave great advice on different styles which would suit my partner and match my engagement ring. Micheal was extremely friendly and polite, didn’t rush us, make us feel extremely comfortable - resulting in a great experience!

Ive just been to purchase an engagement ring and had the delight of dealing with Charlie, she made the process extremely easy. She gave me all the guidance and information that I needed. If anyone needs help with buying a ring I’d advise them to make an appointment.

From start to finish, the experience with Austen & Blake was truly amazing. I wanted a ring that was similar to mine but with a more masculine feel—something unique, not just a copy.

I worked with Charlie, who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. She was very supportive before I bought the ring, during the process, and even with all the aftercare, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. She also helped me select my own diamond from the live market, which made the experience feel really personal.

Not only did I end up with an amazing ring to re-propose to my partner, but I also gained a lot of knowledge along the way that I didn’t have before. My partner absolutely loves his ring—and he said yes! I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Didn't have an appointment but walked into the store having an idea of what I wanted and willing to make an appointment for later if needed. Was seen by Charlie and she was so helpful. She did explain that she had an appointment with a customer shortly, but was more than willing to show me what she could in the meantime, and that we could make an appointment to return later in the day. We were offered a seat at her desk and she then asked what I had in mind, if I knew what I wanted. I explained what I had seen on the website but was unsure of carat size, cut of stone and ring size needed.
Charlie showed me samples of the item I had seen, and also samples of different carat sizes and cut stones in other settings. She asked about the budget I had in mind, searched for different stones/cuts and showed what was available to fit the setting I had chosen, brought a ring sizer to measure size needed.
There was then an issue with her computer and she asked a colleague,Pranav (unsure if this is spelt correctly, sorry if not) for his help. He kindly and professionally tried to sort the issue, but was unable to do so. We moved to another desk to complete the transaction.
I had no idea buying a piece of custom jewellery would be so easy, or maybe it was just made so easy as the staff I dealt with were knowledgeable, polite and friendly, they made it a pleasure to shop with the store.
I look forward to returning to collect my item and would not hesitate to recommend the service, especially if all staff are as good as the two I dealt with, they are a credit to the company.

Me and my partner went to the Meadowhall store on Saturday to look at engagement rings. Tyler looked after us and she was amazing, she provided a professional and welcoming service. We took our 1 year old with us and they where happy to accommodate us. They took there time and help guide us to the most beautiful ring ! Charlie the manager was also amazing with my daughter and helped with the experience.
I would recommend going to the store and speaking with Tyler as she was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. We came away buying the most beautiful ring and I'm very excited for it arrive!

Recently purchased an engagement ring, the service from beginning to end was brilliant, nothing was rushed and attention to detail was great. Special mention to Charlie at the meadowhall branch was outstanding, very friendly, her knowledge and advice was brilliant. My partner is very happy with the ring and everything went perfectly. 10/10

I went to look for wedding bands, and Pranav was very helpful! A nice and relaxed atmosphere with the whole process being efficient. The store is beautiful as well.

We wasn't quite sure what to expect, or what to look for when searching for wedding rings so we thought we'd go to Austen and Blake so this is where my partner bought my engagement ring.
I'm so glad we did as we were warmly greeted by Alyssa and she talked us through everything, all the options available and let us try on various types/styles until we found the ones for us!
There was never any pressure and we felt like she really knew what she was talking about, so walked away confident that the rings we ordered were the best choice!

The staff here are wonderful. Crystal & Tyler in the Meadowhall branch are so helpful & knowledgeable. Always have time to spend with you. The jewellery I have purchased is beautiful.Highly recommend.
