Amanda was so great. First went in to check my engagement ring material and ended up buying my wedding ring! She was very knowledgeable and did everything to match the wedding ring to my current engagement ring. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Helpful and attentive. Plenty of examples stock in store. Made us aware of all offers running at the time for as much discount as possible.

They made everything easy - gave us more of an understanding about the diamond , grades - clarity etc

We were looking to upgrade my ring and had seen loads of A&B's ads online so were really thrilled to see that there was a store we could go to. At first we were hesitant to go inside because it looks so high end we thought this couldn't possibly work for us at all - especially because we didnt know what we were looking for or how a bespoke service worked. If like us, you have ever doubted going inside - DO IT!

Grace approached us and we both felt instantly at ease with the attention to detail and interest taken in what it was we were looking for. We were taken through the entire process of designing our own rings at length but we weren't overwhelmed with information either. It was explained to us how materials wear differently, the colour spectrum of lab diamonds, clarity of diamonds. We were asked about what shape of stone we liked, the stone setting, what wedding ring style would sit comfortably against the diamond, how different cuts of diamonds differ the end result and the differences in diamond certification. Grace really made us feel integral to the design process, explained everything including time frames for when we could expect to pick the ring up and diffrences in pricing between each metal, diamond carat and lab/natural diamonds. Honestly it was such a magical experience for us both we ordered the ring straight away, no hesitations and no pressure to purchase either. And it was alot more cost effective than we first thought it would be which is an absolute bonus. We cannot thank Grace enough and have recommended her to everyone. We cannot wait to go back and look at wedding rings next!

Tamara was really helpful and genuine - she helped me pick out a great engagement ring for my finance (who said yes!). I hadn't realised how many choices there were to make (metal, cut, colour, size, carat) but she was really helpful through the whole process. Will be going back to look for wedding rings!

Had a great experience choosing an engagement ring! The lady who helped me made it so much easier to find what exactly, what my now fiancee, wanted! Fully recommend going in store to talk to them! Received the ring, within a month, well packaged and safely.
