Very poor withdrawal time

Signed up no problems, deposited no problem. When it came to withdrawing my winnings, nothing but excuses, "they have a large volume of request to process", "their bank is having issues", "be patient". Put request in on 3rd May at 9.05pm, as i type it is now 11.46am on the 4th May, and absolutely nothing. My patience has run out, they are poorly run if they can't handle the load, customer service is non existent, same words trotted out over and over. Avoid at all costs
