I wouldn't go as far to say its a scam but what they are doing is showing a range of top quality looking products on their website and making cheap knock off copies of them, more than likely a low grade, back yard set up in China somewhere.
I embarrassingly purchased a fur lined suede jacket but never thought to see if this was a legitimate company. The product finally arrived but was absolutely unrecognizable to what was advertised. Looks like something you may see in an Asian street market for $2. I feel silly for falling for this but will take one for the team.

Ordered pup robot, nothing as described, very cheap toy worth $10, I paid $90, have sent several emails, no answer. SCAM DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!

This company is a scam. They send you absolute crap and when you return it they don't refund the money it's not an assie company it's cheap Chinese shit

The pants I've order from this website was amazing, at first I thought it's like other website that shows one things and brings another thing, but they bring the same thing as showing in their website, great qualit.

Very bad experience.
“Premium cotton-linen” pants arrived as cheap 100% polyester, badly sewn with holes and much shorter than described. $76 wasted. Customer service never reads messages — only sends the same automated reply and asks you to pay return shipping to China. Worst service I’ve experienced.

If there was a minus I would have given that. I ordered two pairs of linen shorts in November and when they arrived they were have to poor quality.
I then had to pay shipping to return them and at this point I still am awaiting my refund.
Despite my continuous emailing, I have had no luck at this point.
Keep clear of this particular company.

I have tried to return items I purchased what were not at all like what I ordered within the 30day return window, in order to get my full return I must return to CHINA at my expense. Alternative was to keep my horrible items and get a 30% discount on next order….which will never happen. Take fair warning if you order from this company

Great products, good prices

Ordered 2 pair of work boots, they took 6 weeks to arrive from China On arrival the poor quality and super narrow fit was ridiculous, was told to send back at my cost $62 aus and I would receive full refund, The parcel arrived in China on the 23 rd November awaiting customs clearance, I emailed constantly and have just now been told I must pay $47 US to have them released before I get refunded, absolutely riot off, buyer beware

what a SCAM ! totally Bogus… I paid over $100 for a gold dipped/plated rose, like an eternity rose/ infinity rose but different brand. Thought it was a good online bargain. What arrived in the mail was a cheap plastic rose which looked very different indeed to the photo in the online advertisement.
Aussietactix flat out refused to give a refund ! The website says “Aussietactix Melbourne” however my item shipped from China so it took a couple of weeks not a coupla days. Their tactics of deception are totally un-Australian. Beware of Aussietactix !

Cheap China made goods. The sizing is all wrong and too small. They say 30 day money back guarantee. You can’t get a return or a refund.

The company kept me informed throughout the process. Delivery was good and it was on time, and the quality was very good and arrived safely.

I recently purchased a pair of shoes from this website. The order process was simple and the deliver was on time. I like the product and it's quality. Overall a positive experience, and Would consider buying again.
