I was concerned that the scooter will break EU laws in my area so I decided to cancel it but the nice customer support explained that I can limit its speed manually to 25km/h and even provided me with a video on how to do it. Response time are a bit long but still satisfied

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Customer Service and Misleading Warranty
My experience with Ausom has been nothing short of frustrating. After receiving a scooter with a broken part, I initially requested a replacement. However, I was told I would need to cover the shipping costs for the replacement item. Given that, I opted to return the entire scooter instead.
Despite returning the product over three weeks ago, I have yet to receive a refund. Every attempt to contact customer service has been met with generic, automated responses that offer no real assistance—just templated messages about how much they “value” their customers.
This is only scratching the surface. The product itself felt like cheap, rebranded Chinese merchandise sold at a premium price point. The advertised "2-year warranty" is misleading—it’s essentially a 6-month warranty with additional costs for replacements.
I strongly urge others to think twice before purchasing anything from Ausom. I’m currently out $1,400 for a scooter I never even got to use. An incredibly disappointing experience overall.

Customers service has always being honest and quick to respond my question. The Ausom DT Pro 2 is my first E-Scooter and I don't regret my purchase, is a great scooter overall. Amazing battery life, fast
and accessible price. I definitely recommend this E-scooter to everyone. The only recommendations for my part will be only have more anesthetic options for accessories. For example if one part of the scooter get scratched you can buy those original part from the website. That will be my only recommendation. It has being a amazing adventure and experience bieg part of the Ausom Family.

The dt2 pro scooter is a awsome scooter it’s very fast and very robust and bulky feels quality throughout all the materials the scooter has an awesome range with me going fast about 35mph the battery lasts about 20miles or so and when exp it seems it’ll last a lot longer up to 50mi maybe

I have purchased the L2 Max Dual Motor. I love this scooter. It has has great controls and customization of its features. This scooter got me about 25 miles full sending which that being a minimum is plenty of distance. It's very responsive with its trigger throttle and the brakes are great. The handling is great and can adjusted with the ability to change its suspension, acceleration, and braking power. The only complaint I have is that it's not easy to do maintenance on this scooter such as if one needed to replace a tire.

Wish I could be enjoying mine. I’m starting to feel discouraged about my L2 max scooter. Been maybe a month or a little less since I got mine. I have ridden it three times. First time the motor/throttle kept cutting out (this is the day it got delivered). After about a week of talking to customer service ( a they at great BTW) they ask me to change a setting and see if it does it still cuts out. Second time I take it out after changing setting, still cutting out. After continuing to talk with customer service they want a video of what it it doing. Third time I ride, trying to film a motor /throttle cutting out (not fun/safe). I get the videos sent out. After they go over the videos, this takes five days because it was sent ripped for the weekend. The email me back and ask me how much I weigh with the temperature was outside. If I was writing up pills just pretty much to describe the situations that the cut out is happening. All fair questions mind you I give them the information one small hill give my weight which is way under the limit. Give them the temperature outside. It’s about 68 so not too warm. A day or two later I get another response. Apparently the motor is bad and they are sending me a new one out. This is where I get discouraged. I understand that there is a cost associated with sending a almost 70 pound item back and any company would want to do whatever they could to not do that. I totally understand that on the other hand as the customer when I spend $700 I do expect to not have to work on my item to be able to use it, especially when I offer to spend more money ( on a more expensive replacement) after sending it back just so the company is not out a bunch of money for the return. I want to stress this- I totally understand how a mass produced item could occasionally leave the production line with an issue. That is not a issue with me, as long as the company does the right thing to correct the issue. I also understand fixing issues takes time. I don’t think customers should have to turn wrenches on their brand new item. The option to send back OR turn a wrench should be given not excepted. -Edit to come, company has responded and I feel pretty confident that they are going to work with me to make the situation right. Once figured out ( assuming all works out as I was told) I will be changing to 5 star

We have had family members purchase through ausom for a while now! They are amazing scooters that are built with high quality. They truly do go top speed and last an extremely long battery life. My husband and I purchased the L2 Max and the F1 scooter and are eager to make more memories scootering. Our extended family has a total of 14 scooters with over half being ausom scooters. I was under the impression that the L2 Max came with a seat since we have purchased scooters through them before that came with the seat. There were images displaying a seat which gave me the impression. After reaching out to the ausom team and discussing the advertising and seat situation, they worked well with me and communicated to fix the situation. We convinced our friends to purchase two ausom scooters this week and will continue to spread good words about the brand.

Purchasing experience was easy. Shipping was extremely fast! I purchased 3 L1 scooters for my three sons and they absolutely love them! The ride on street and off road is seamless and smooth. I highly recommend. I will be purchasing a 4th for my other son when the time is right. Very happy with the purchases.
