Super easy place to pick up gaming peripherals. Placed an order for a couple mouse pads and was shipped that afternoon. Delivery was fast overnight. Well packaged.

If your looking for the best service and products don’t look any further then ausmods, absolute best of the best have never let me down once will always recommend over anyone else.

Ausmodshop are absolutely THE most phenomenal vendor of PC gear in Oceania. I’m in NZ, and the speed and service of everything I order tops other vendors that are local to me. I am a proud repeat customer, and it always blows me away to see my order at my door the same week I’ve ordered, especially coming from the other side of Australia to NZ. Super excited to try out my new peripherals when they arrive :)

I accidently ordered the wrong part twice. All it took was a simple email and Sophie had the part switched out and a refund sorted within a matter of hours - on a SUNDAY!

Ausmodshop were amazing to deal with! I ordered on the weekend, making two separate sales and paying for two lots of shipping. When I realised that it would be more convenient to have both small items in one bag, I sent an email requesting they be added to one bag. Ausmodshop quickly replied before the weekend had even finished, changed the order, and refunded me the unrequired postage. What a great company, will purchase from them again!

I've been buying from Ausmodshop since 2023 ever since I randomly came across the products that they supply. I first started with a PureTrak mousepad, then moved on to peripherals with the Pulsar xLite v3 Large. And recently I have just received my new Hitscan Hyperlight. Shipping is super fast as well even when I live in NZ.

I ordered a set of keycaps, but unfortunately, the parcel was lost by StarTrack. I reached out to AusModShop, asking if I should wait a few more days and whether they could set aside a replacement for me. To my surprise, they responded within just 3 minutes, assuring me they’d send out a replacement set that same day. Within a few hours, it was already posted, never disappointed with Ausmodshop

I had battery issues with my wireless mouse, and it eventually stopped working properly. I reached out to customer service, and they were nothing short of amazing-quick to respond, professional, and they sent me a brand-new unit for free with no hassle. It's rare to find a company that stands behind their products like this, and their dedication to customer satisfaction really impressed me.
Even though I was unlucky with my first unit, I really appreciate how smoothly they handled the situation. Huge respect for their support team!

it got to me in less than a week, the date that it was expected to arrive was already really fast but it arrived quicker this is incredible

Good selection of mice and mouse pads and even iems. Had a mouse that started double clicking that had 2 months left on warranty but was discontinued. After sending a video they gave me a coupon code for the entire value of the mouse. Amazing website and awesome customer support

I buy from Audmodshop a lot, they are uniformly excellent. Fast shipping, they answer enquiries promptly and the only issue I’ve ever had was when a product was lost by Australia Post and Ausmodshop fixed it themselves immediately despite it not being their fault.

Thought this website was a scam, but it turns out that they aren’t. I ordered a mousepad that was 70% off (which seems too good to be true, but it was true). I had the package delivered internationally and it took 14 days for it to arrive. I got the mousepad for $14 when its original price was $32. Great store.

Products are at a affordable price unlike other companies. They respond to messengers in less than a day. But the shipping is quite expensive in Australia even though this is an Australian brand.
