Backed this company since I got to know it online on Kickstarter. And then - what do you know? - they are based in Italy where I live. The items they produce are down to the bone in costs and aim at providing the best possible quality. I am very happy.

Very satisfied KS backer

I backed their Kickstarter campaign for the Masters Collection. Received the whole set as a reward for my pledge. Everything is perfect except for a small surface/paint issue with the outer part of the 28cm pan. They immediately sent a replacement for it. Considering that I live almost halfway around the world from them, sending 1 pan to replace an issue that doesn't really hurt usability(but possibly affects
durability), no questions asked aside from sending them the pic of the "damage", that's something really commendable.

Using the pots/pans feels great! For the first time, I was able to prepare sautéed buttered vegetables, without the butter getting burnt at all! Tried PTFE/Teflon, ceramic, granite surfaces, as well as the traditional cast iron stuff. This is the only pan where I was able to cook butter without it getting burned. The vegetables get seared just right, and the butter stays in its oily, fragrant, unburned state. Heat distribution is really good. The actual pots/pans being oven-safe is a big bonus as well.

Happy customer!

I had the opportunity to purchase a set of the Ausker Cooking product when they first came out. It is the best cooking set I have ever purchased, and I have bought many until I found what worked.

I have not had any issues but needed to contact the company and found that the customer service is fantastic. They are quick to respond to correspondence and sent me exactly what I was asking for. I had the opportunity of talking with Miss Erminia, company representative, who was outstanding and took the time to tell me how they have improved the product line.

I honestly believe if anyone were to purchase the Ausker Cooking products they would be extremely happy. It would be a well worth purchase.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE,I demand my REFUND

after more than 4 months of waiting to be finally delivered, the delivery company informs me that my order will be delivered on October 12. to be present and not to miss the delivery I therefore remain at my home to wait for the delivery all the day.at the end of the day, around 5 p.m., the delivery company informs me that I will be delivered at 6 p.m. I therefore expect, at past 6 p.m., a new message from the company informs me that finally I will be delivered on October 14 ! I therefore call Fedex, and the person informs me that it is not their fault! that these Ausker who had my package since October 8, and that they did not deliver the package for delivery as scheduled for October 12! I am therefore sending an email to Ausker customer service, because very unhappy to have waited for nothing! as usual it is Erminia who answers, and instead of apologizing for this situation, instead of blaming Ausker or even Fedex, she allows me to answer that she does not appreciate the criticisms that I have just made her ! that if I'm not happy we can stop everything, and get my full refund. so sure of her that I have no need for this cookware that she allows me to blackmail me instead of politely apologizing ! she knew that I would say nothing having needed my battery for which I had waited so long, and paid so dearly! well no! I am not a dog! I paid very dearly almost 400 euros and I do not accept this rude tone of this Mrs. Erminia! the customer here these me! those me who paid a high price and certainly not to be so if can be respected! I therefore replied that since this is how I asked for the total refund! since that's what Erminia suggested to me to do! and strangely since nothing! these the 3rd message that I send to claim my total reimbursement and no longer heard about these people who take their customers for dogs! so oddly, after telling me if you are not happy we see reimbursed and we stop everything, after having said and well see know what, let's go! we stop everything! and you refunded me, no more news! more answers! but I'm not going to stay there! I would not accept delivery of these out of the question because you have been too far in your disrespectful words when you see you are totally wrong! and you are going to rebel me or otherwise it will end in court because it is called stealing! so put me back quickly !!! and keep your merchandise I don't want to hear about your malicious business anymore!!!!

I would like to write to be informed of the dishonest attitude of this company, which has never told me the truth and has acted very badly against me. Responding to my opinion Ermina indicates they have done everything to make it go well, and that we proceed to the full refund. But she forgot to say that it was she who told me if you are not happy we refund you, while the problem came from their delivery with delay because my package was lost! They effectively refunded me after very bad exchanges! Including threats! And during the reimbursement they made sure to make me pay nearly 30 euros in fees! Without ever telling me beforehand! These just as if I had to pay the return charges when the problem came from them! This is all dishonest! Coming to threaten me for not giving my real opinion on what happened is unacceptable! So avoided threatening me otherwise I guarantee that I will file a complaint against your company because I do not have to pay costs because you lost my package! And I don't have to be threatened because your threats are likely to be brought to justice! If you want to go to that, remember to tell the truth about what I do! Threaten these what you do! And the threat that little go very far and you will have to suffer the legal consequences

First of all, when you have PRE-ordered on Indiegogo.com the new cookware collection you were perfectly aware that you have to wait 4 months for the delivery. In the 10 emails exchanged between us in June where you asked me for information on our products before buying it, you also wrote "can be hard to wait until September because the delivery is long but it does not matter".

Secondly, your package was picked up by FedEx from our Italian warehouse on Thursday 8th October and was delivered to you in Paris on Wednesday 14th of October (the day of your review) and you have refused the delivery of the package. 5 business days is completely normal for an international shipping. Even though your shipment at the beginning, has suffered a FedEx internal error with their informative system and for that reason was shipped back to our warehouse on 12th October you have received it regurarly only two days later. Since the beginning when we have noticed that something was going wrong and the package was returning to our warehouse we have done the impossible for your shipment. We have asked many times explanations to FedEx. Since the beginning, all the emails are been tracked and saved and also all the calls we have done are been registered so what I'm writing is only the truth.

Thirdly, I want precisize that you have received your full refund on 27th of October many days before the 14 days required by the European law and even though the package is not still come back to our warehouse and of course this is not usual.

Last but not least, I want say that I always replied to all your emails (20 emails from June until today 29th of October) always quickly, in a kind and helpful way and I don't think I really deserved the tone and offenses you wrote to me only for a missed delivery. Instead, your messages was always full of anger, aggression and threatened. I think your tones were definitely exaggerated, out of place, and excessive for the type of problem you had.

Avoid the pans with removable handles

Avoid the pans with removable handles at all costs. I have been using the pans for a little over a year now. And at this point 3 of our handles have started cracking and no longer latch onto the pans themselves. I reached out to Ausker at their warranty email and they told me I "mistreated" the handles and so it's my fault they broke. I feel this is not true because 1. I have many other non-ausker pans in the kitchen and use them in the same fashion I do these pans. And 2. If they weren't removable in the first place this wouldn't have happened. I disagree with blaming me for the error because they provide no specific instructions on how to "properly" use the handles. Not to mention it seems as though they don't stand by there product. I feel the Ausker pans are not made to a high quality standard because they apparently don't work with high heat (which all of my other pans do) and you have to be very careful with a piece of hardware (that you should just be able to pick up and use) so at this point I blame Ausker for the bad quality product because of the nature of the handle and having to be so care full with the product. It honestly at this point can't even compete with the other pans in the kitchen because the handles don't work. Terrible customer service, company doesn't stand with their own product, and a terrible product that stops working after a year.

I'm really sorry that you put in doubt our good faith and the quality of our cookware set even though in your first message few days ago you wrote "I love the set and all of the pots and pans are still wonderfully non-stick." You have changed your mind only because I told you that we cannot replace you for free, as per your request, 3 handles broken out of 3 after more than a year and a half of use. As I already try to explain to you the problem you have had is not a production defect covered by the warranty but it was caused by an excessive overheating or because they were inserted incorrectly (by you or a family member). I am sorry that you are so angry with us that you do not even consider that the fault may not be ours.

We always stand by our products and we always honor the warranty policy but obviously, we cannot cover all the damage caused by the customer's use and not attributable to production defects as in your case.

About the fact that we don't explain how to use the handles, I can say that it is written very clearly in the leaflet how to use the handle correctly and that we recommend operating with a medium or low flame/intensity on a smaller heat source than the pot/pan/grill bottom diameter (as any other cookware producers) in order to prevent direct heat sources or flames from touching the rising edges, and the silicone or bakelite handles. You have honestly admitted in your email to us that there are cracks on your handles that are caused by heat. This excessive heat could have damaged the internal locking mechanism of the handles and broke them. Even a non-detachable handle would still have been damaged by excessive overheating.

We always try to help our customers in the best way we can and for that reason, I have offered you the option to buy them at a discounted price. I'm sorry that you do not even consider this option.

High quality products! During the years I bought several products (pots, pans, the stainless steel knife set and the ceramic knife set). I'm very satisfied with all the products I bought and I have never had any problems. I would highly reccomend Ausker products to anyone!

NOT compatible with induction range tops

I purchased the entire set of Ausker cookware when it was originally launched through crowdsourcing. I purchased these for use on my induction range top.

After less than a year of use, the pots do not couple with the induction range. There is clicking and popping when the pan is sitting on the burner.

I have contacted Ausker for help, and this is their reply: "The Ausker cookware you purchased is made with an aluminum based body and an induction compatible plate, which proved to work great on induction surfaces. We also have tested them with the leading international brands that produce induction stove. Most of our customers worldwide are extremely happy with their purchase, also those who own an induction cooktop and not many reported a similar problem, especially the slow-heating Pots or totally not working.
Since the product does not report any production defect or damage we cannot offer a refund or replacement. I'm really sorry about that but we cannot do anything more for helping you. I hope you can understand."

I also had an issue with the coating on one of the pans bubbling up and coming off. Their solution was to offer me a new pan, but I would have to pay the shipping, which is $30.00... which, in my opinion, is more than this pan is worth.

I had hoped to be able to work to resolve my issue, as I understand there is a new "higher" end product coming available... perhaps a discount toward the new "actual induction compatible" pan set... but there is no interest from the company to offer this option.

I must say, I feel ripped off by the mostly aluminum pan set that is supposed to be induction compatible and the company's refusal to help out with the situation.

From this viewpoint, I would strongly suggest that anyone interested in real induction compatible pans look to another manufacturer.

You received your order on Dec. 21st 2017. We first hear from you on Oct. 21st 2019 (almost 2 years later, replying to a newsletter) for a coating problem. You never mentioned the induction problem, not even in the following emails. After our last email on Nov. 8th, you didn't reply until Dec. 8th when you came up with the induction matter. How come you have never mentioned about this before?
We tried several times to explain you have bought a compatible induction product, not a full induction one - like the new Ausker Masters Collection cookware. We clearly stated on our product page that this line was induction compatible.

Unfortunately, we can’t say all our customers are happy, no company can. We always try our best with our customers support team but sometimes things do not work out the way we hoped.

The pans took nearly a year to arrive…

The pans took nearly a year to arrive from the time of backing—and when they did, the attachment on one of them arrived broken. However, Ausker sent us a replacement part free of charge immediately on reporting this, and in the eight months since then we've been very happy with the pans, which have performed precisely as advertised.

I recently wrote a positive review… I was WRONG!

I recently wrote a very positive review about Ausker. I am replacing it with this. I am thoroughly disappointed with the most recent customer support I received. I was not only told no we won’t help you but also was made to feel like a bad person for asking if I could buy another frying pan as my prior one broke. I was told that my disappointment is unwarranted and that her and ALL of her colleagues and her manager agree with her. In my 38 years on this planet I have never experienced such rude support. A simple “no” would have been sufficient. If this is how they treat a customer who supported them when they were starting out, I can’t imagine how they will treat their customer if they grow to be a real company. One very disappointed (former) customer.
For the record you “gave” me an extra pot because you sent me the wrong pot after I told you the first frying pan you sent me was broken. And the only reason you gave me the pot was because I didn’t want to deal with sending it back to you.
Also telling a customer that you, your manager and all of your colleagues disagree with that said customer is not professional or polite.

Rims, smells and muscle

I enjoyed opening my box of pots for the first time. Cooking in them has been a breeze. My only drawback is that cook food smells stays in the pot even after extensive washing, soaking and drying. I do a lot of cooking and my kitchen always smells like food because of the pots. I’m not sure what to use to get the smell out. Plus, the coating was not even on the rims and doesn’t seem to hold up with constant use. This maybe a problem later because I haven’t even had them for a year. Just make sure you heat them up well to get a good sear. Soft Soap products works on the bottoms but you have to use muscle to get stains out, funny, because, I have a electric stove.

Our cookware should not smell after wash it with hot water, a soft sponge, and a gentle liquid detergent. Never use aggressive products, abrasive sponges, or steel scourer and always remember to allow the cookware to cool before washing because the immersion in cold water may cause irreversible deformation and ruin the performance of the non-stick surface. About the coating on the rim, I would need to have a look at the picture of the items to understand what is the problem with them. Great cookware great service

I bought their pots and pans. They work very well. Heating is even and they are very easy to clean. I gave away all my others. When one of the handles became loose, they asked for a pic so they could determine what had failed. Then they sent me a part to fix it. Best part is they followed up and communiated well and often.

FANTASTIC PEOPLE & COMPANY!

I supported Ausker during their Kick Starter campaign. When my pans arrived, I was elated. They were beautiful. I loved cooking with them. Several months later, a problem occurred so I contacted Ausker. Francesca responded quickly, professionally and was kind and friendly. She contacted the responsible department and they accepted responsibility for the problem immediately. WOW, how many companies do you know that would do that? Ausker is sending me replacement pots. I can't wait!

Ausker has a fantastic product (I'm a cook so I should know), wonderful people and customer service. What more can you ask?

High quality

High quality, well made cook set. Easy to clean, very durable after 18 months of use (so far), no damage to the non-stick coating, no warping of the pans. Extremely happy with the product. Hoping to see some additional sizes in pots and pans in the future, so I can get rid of all of my non-Ausker pots and pans and have nothing but Ausker in my house.
