Despite emailing this company twice about the fact that the pick up depot claims they never received my order and neither they nor I can track the quoted tracking number I never received a reply nor the order nor a replacement.

Good price
Everything was fine: description, price, delivery, except from the fact that, during the ordering process, I asked for at least 18-month expiration date. My request was ignored, what came had an earlier date than what I asked.

Regarding the expiration date, we completely understand your concern. The packs you received are valid until December 2016, which still provides 16 months of shelf life — a fairly long period that allows safe and comfortable use.
At the moment, we unfortunately do not have batches with a longer shelf life available, but we are constantly working to improve availability.
Your feedback is very valuable to us and helps us further improve our service.
