Product didn't work
Product didn't work. Figured they had a 60 days risk free period- but apparently that doesn't mean anything to this company. They offer a refund STRICTLY if you have anything unopened. But, how could you know the product doesn't work if they don't open and use all of it. How are they able to give you a risk free trail period if it's not risk free at all?
Jury is out for me still, holding hope tho!
The instructions say to leave the cream on for a period of time and not go over a certain length of time. First try, I wasn’t too impressed tbh. I then gave feedback on a facebook post about was advised to leave it on longer, 2nd attempt was slightly better but had to pluck afterwards. I do think the hair is not as harsh and comes out better. I’ll not give up as bought 2 boxes 🙏🏻🤞🏻
Complete rip off. Insult to women suffering with PCOS
Complete rip off.
It just burned my skin worse than razor burn. I have used Nair in the past and this product is nothing like that. It does not even remove all the hair & leaves you looking like you have stubble.
The moisturisers dont work either.
For someone dealing with PCOS I can say this product is an insult to women suffering.
This product had absolutely no effect…
This product had absolutely no effect whatsoever on my facial hair. I tried to cancel the subscription which proved very difficult indeed. In fact I had to threaten legal action for them to reply to my emails. Trying to return unopened products is proving even more difficult. I have done what they said and sent a photo of the items I want to return, but now they will not answer emails again. A disgraceful company. I would even go so far as to call it a scam.
Don’t bother !
Don’t bother !!
Did exactly what they said to do ,no difference at all .
Shame on you Arlux for cashing in on women’s insecurities.
Terrible. Don’t buy.
Ordered this, said it was compatible with sensitive skin. Used this product last night and i’ve had allergic reaction burned my face that’s what it looked like and felt.
Do not recommend seeing an advertisement perfect for people with PCOS. Do not buy doesn’t do what it says on the instructions.
Worst product I have ever used for hair…
Worst product I have ever used for hair removal. Do not buy this. It is drop shipped from China, so it will take a million years to get to you. Once it finally does arrive it won't remove hair at all.
Worst product ever
Wouldn’t even give this product a 1 star absolutely rubbish. Don’t waste your money !!! Customer service isn’t much better either
CON.
Waited over a week to receive my order. This is probably one of the worst treatments I have ever used. I bought it to treat hormonal hair growing on my chin, stupidly believing that it might work after having this condition for many years now. All it did was make me look like a leper! Never experienced such a breakout all over my face, and it didn't even remove the hair, having to resort back to shaving now with red and swollen skin! Absolutely embarrassing having to go to work looking like this and extremely painful to wash/touch my face, having to cover it up with foundation which only makes it worse and helps only a little but didn't have much of a choice. The moisturizer they provide is a cheap, nasty quality making my skin flare up even worse. Luckily I had my own which is far better quality and a fraction of the price. Would have been better off using the hair removal cream in my bathroom cupboard that I occasionally use for my legs. Complete and utter rip off. Will stick to my razor in future. At least that doesn't result in me looking like a burn victim!!
The worst product ever!
The worst product ever!! Not only did it not work but burned my face. Getting a refund is nearly impossible so do yourself a favor and do not buy, especially if you have course hair.
Doesn’t work and tricks you into a subscription
I didn’t know I was being signed into a subscription. I felt tricked. Then when it came it didn’t even work. It burnt and hurt my skin badly whilst removing absolutely zero hairs at all. Please don’t fall for this scam product.

Yet another company with horrible…
Yet another company with horrible customer service and a terrible website. They tell you to click a button to cancel. Guess what? That “button” is a link that won’t work. I’ve contacted countless service twice and received no reply. I wish I had come here to read the reviews before I signed up (unintentionally) for a subscription that is expensive. The product doesn’t even work!

An absolute con!
An absolute con!
This product has been targeted to women who suffer from the embarrassing hair from PCOS. IT DOES NOT WORK! Trying to cancel subscription is another matter in itself. Do not waste your money on this product.

Not worth the cost
The product is only purchasable through a subscription which the website makes difficult to cancel. To make matters worse it fails to do what it claims to do - tackle PCOS hair. It did not remove any of my hair, despite instructions being followed to the letter. The “kit” is also tiny tubes that would never last a month. Avoid this expensive, useless product

Do not waste your money
I'm not sure how they have managed to do it, but not only have they created a product that does not work on coarse PCOS hair, it actually makes everything worse, pigmentation looks worse, skin quality is worse (dry, bumpy etc) hair comes back with a vengeance.
Therefore, I have requested a refund.
This company is targeting women with very real struggles, psychologically and physically, the mental health issues this condition causes are huge and this company are advertising this product as a miracle cure. It is not.
Took ages to receive, communication not great.

If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would.
Ordered this product as they sell the dream to women insecure about their facial hair. Product took longer than expected to arrive (ok, can’t always be helped). Did a patch test on my arm - no concerns. So I followed the instructions to use it on my face. This product left me with burns all on my face which turned into scabs. It left me feeling mortified and my face was so sore.
I emailed customer service explaining the situation for them to reply giving me advice on how to continue using the product for better results?? Completely disregarding the fact I had chemical burns on my face.
I then emailed back stating why would I continue to use a product that has burnt my skin and requested a refund. Here’s the best bit… only unopened products can be returned and refunded!!! Yet their website states “60 day money back guarantee”
Absolutely shocking product and shocking customer service.

Utter Rubbish
Like every 'miracle cure' out there to save us PCOS ladies, turns out to be utter rubbish. Targeting women who feel at the lowest with a condition that increases facial hair is just wrong. All im left with is less money in the bank and a burning chin.

Shocking
Shocking! Don't bother. Mine arrived this morning and tried 2 removals and still got hairs all over and my chin is on fire!!! These were my last hope to feel like less of a man and they let me down just like every other "miracle cure"

I ordered the trilogy kit after getting fed up honestly. It actually lived up to the hype for me. My skin didnt freak out once.
