After my order didn’t come when it was supposed to, they offered me 20% discount which I never received! Then all 3 bangles broke and they said I could send the items back and get a full refund!! I am still waiting for the refund and no one in customer service is replying to my emails!! They are very unprofessional

Placed an order, money taken immediately. No order confirmation received. They claimed they had no record of my order! Reported to my bank as a scam.
Ordered the buy one get one free clover bracelets. Was a little sceptical at first as I had a notification within an hour to say that my order was shipped. I waited a few days and the order was showing on the tracking that the parcel was in Manchester and then in london and then back in Manchester. I emailed the company with my concerns. I recieved an email reply of reassurance that the parcel would be delivered soon. A day later my items arrived. Both bracelets are surprisingly very qood qaulity and the details are really nice and a lot heavier than I expected (solid) over all very please with my experience and products.
