As DM wrote

As DM wrote, exactly the same happened to me. They offered a refund if I sent them my bank details! Shame, the one ordered looked great. But it’s not what you get. Asked them if they can send the correct watch instead of a refund and have had no reply. Looks like I’m going to have to go through the chargeback process.

We are sorry your order took longer than expected. The delay was caused by a failure on the courier's side. While we cannot control third-party errors, we have already contacted the courier and requested an explanation so we can put this right.

Regarding the bank details, some newer members of our support team misunderstood our refund process during their training, and the team has since been retrained. You never need to provide bank details. The money is returned directly to the card you paid with, with no action needed on your part.

Possible Scam site

Ordered one of their omega inspired ww2 pilots watches on the 12th June. After seeing an advert on Facebook. On sale 69% off their normal retail price only GBP 34.99. I ordered as the site was covered with Trust pilot 5 star reviews ( which are fake they didn't exist on trustpilot until this review) Guranteed UK delivery in 5-9 working days via royal mail was stated on the website. Finally recieved a watch 17 days later via evri. The watch is nothing like the one pictured. It is a cheap quartz watch with a chocolate brown nylon strap, chocolate brown face, date window glow in the dark hands and red second hand. It bears no resemblance to the item ordered.
