You don't get what your ordered (branded item replaced by generic quality)

I did not get the item I've ordered (Rechnung Nr.: 2234318 / 25.10.2022) : as mentioned in the picture and details of the webpage, the air hose delivered IS NOT THE PRESENTED PREVOST SURFLEX tube but a generic AUPROTEC tube.
In addition, 10m hose was ordered, 9,7m received!

Très décu, la marchandise présentée n'est pas celle recue !
J'ai commandé un tuyau PREVOST Surflex et ai recu une version low cost Auprotec. Seul les connecteurs sont Prevost.

Great Service

I've purchased quite a few times via Amazon in Germany. But they don't use Amazon delivery. Despite that service is fast, goods are dispatched same or next day. Quality is excellent. Very happy customer.
