i feel this company has been doing very well with their shipping. i am not sure about other people's experience but so far i have bought 3 times and it has been really quick. i got them in 3 days only.

I rushed to purchased a Nirvana bag for my partner and forgot to enter my gift message. Customer service was very understanding and helped me to add my message on even though it was during the weekend. Excellent customer service and I am very grateful.

I feel so stupid that I did not read the return policy. $80 to just return it & then you have to pay for shipping. As someone else I guess I'm stuck with it. It's very very small. I'm not even sure I can get anything other than a cell phone in there. So very disappointed. I would not recommend purchasing this handbag. NOT WORTH IT.

I recently received my Joy in red and I have to say that it has quickly become an essential in my wardrobe. It’s really cute and it goes with practically everything I own.

My only wish is that they have more discount sales. I wanna collect them all!!

The fearless re-edition by Aupen is to die for. Its sleek design and range of colours are amazing! It's the perfect size for all my essentials for a night out with friends. The only downside is I wish there were bigger bags that I could carry to work:(

The only reason I’m giving it a 3 is because the red color is not at all how it’s pictured. It’s a dark red and I really wanted the shade shown on their website. The quality looks good. I’m sure it’s made in China. I find it interesting that you don’t see that anywhere. Good job to their PR person ! They have marketed this very well

What a joke, read their refund or return policy of 7 days and they deduct $80 mo matter what…..and you have to call them and they decide if you can return it or not…..hope they go out of business

Avoid. This company have clever marketing techniques that make you think this is a high end product.. it is not. Product and packaging do not match the price tag. Then when you try to return they practically beg you to keep it offering a 20% refund. You persist but have to pay for it to be posted plus they deduct 80 dollars for the process. Shocking service avoid!!

I am so disappointed. Their customer service is horrible. You click on online service and absolutely nothing comes up. It just tells you to contact them, well I contact them and it simply goes into shopping . Then the 80.00 dollar service charge, what????
I guess I am stuck with a handbag that I don't want. Can anyone out there help me?
