Here is the story:
1. july 2018 I win auction 554578

1. july I sent mail to Stockholm about price for sending the bag to Denmark. No reply
3. July I sent another mail to Stockholm Auktionsverk about price for sending bag to me in Denmark.
3. July I get reply with price for sending it to Norway …. My address is Danish
3. july I reply and get price for sending it to Denmark
3. July I pay the bag incl postal price total : 4905 SEK
7. july I receive the package. Open it and can immediately see the handle is broken. No signs of the ”Minor wear” but a defect bag. It is surprising to me how anyone can take photos of this bag and make the condition text without seeing it is broken in the handle.
7. july I write to Stockholm auktionsverk inclusive photos and expect you to take the bag and return the paid funds incl transportation
7. july I contact Stockholm Auktionsverk by phone to confirm that I can return it and provide my bank account number and the track and trace number from PostNord CC703502102DK
7. july Confirmation about the return from Stockholm Auktionsverk. Return number 22619.
17. july i check the track and trace and find out that the bag is on its way back to Denmark since Post Nord dont know where to deliver it. The adresse i have put on the package is the adress in the footer of all mails from Stockholm Auktionsverk. I call Post Nord denmark and sweden many times to have it delivered to Stockholm Auktionsverk, but at this time it is already on its way back and i can do nothing but wait. Auktions house reply is that the adress i have sent it to is correct.
20. july, I want to double check before sending again to same address. Stockholm Auktions house mail that the adress was not correct anyway (even it is directly copy from footer in mails) and i get the correct.
24. july. Package sent with GLS and track and trace sent to Stockholm Auktionsverk
29. July GLS states it has been delivered 26. July, but Stockholm Auktionsverk can not locate it.
30 july, stickholm auktionsverk still can not locate it
31. july The bag is found. Mail stating it has been found and now is on Beatas table.
No news from Stockholm Auktionsverk periode 31. July to 25. August where i write to ask why the refund has not been made.
23. august Im asking where the refund is in mail.
24. august I call Stockholm Auktionsverk but can not get an explanation. Can not get in contact with anyone with this responsibility. Promise to provide Beata with mail to contact me.
I got no call.
25 august. I call Stockholm Auktionsverk. Are told Beate is managing this case, but is not working saturday. Confirmation that the bag is broken, but employee is not allowed to tell anything about the case.
25 august reply from Stockholm auktionsverk that the refund can not be approved by Beata. No explanation about what is going on.
27. august I call again to talk to Beate. But its not possible the next week since she is busy. Still no explanation about what the problem is.
28. august confirmation from reception that Beata is notified about calling me, but she is going to look into it tomorrow.
How many tomorrow are there? and what is the issue?
29.8.2018. It has been 35 days since the bag is received in Stockholms Auktionsverk. And i still have no refund or explanation about the issue. I can not even count what number of “tomorrow” it is.
At this point i can not accept a phone call, since i need the documentation for future action.

What do you mean with there was nothing wrong with the handle? Did you see it? Lucky that i took photos of it before sending, so i can provide you with the opportunity to see it.
Im attaching photos here of the bag with broken handle. I have attached my photo and the photo from the auction where it is hidden tho shown (if you know where the damage is). This document that the damage was there already at the point of taking photos for selling.
Im surprised you think a bag with “minimal traces” shall be broken in the leather like this, so im guessing you have not seen the bag your self. Kindly look at the bag live or trust my photos. Thats a broken handle of a bag and it doesnt go under “minimal traces of use”.

Dont ever buy anything from this low quality auction! They are not living up to their responsibility as auction house.
Even their own employees has confirmed they have seen the bag and that it is broken. I have confirmation for it could be returned and refund would be made. This is just fraud!
Update 22. september 2018
3. september im FINALLY told that they agree. The bag was broken and i will get my money back.
Now its 22. september and still no money on my account. That means that it has taken 31 July to now 22 sep .... and they haven't made the payout. In thinking Stockholm Auktionsverk is on the edge of broke, since they can not full-fill their customer obligations. My advise is still ...dont buy anything from this place. Find another. There are lots of places where they take customer care seriously.
Update 3. October
Still no refund for the broken bag. Communication is leading no where. One poor employee has to provide me with empty promises from the complaint department.
Getting messages that the department for payout are out of office but back in a week. Thats now 3 weeks ago. Still nothing but getting replies that this and this department will contact me. No on ever does, and no refund is made.
I can understand Lauritz owns Stockholm Auktionsverk now, so am going to write some managers on linkedin to get some attention.
Dont buy anything from this place. They are not competent to evaluate an item or do simple customer service.
...but i got a "reklamations number" 22619...
Update: can recommend other to go to linkedin and find Stockholm Auktionsverk and write to the one with the highst title. Yes it is "over the top", but it looks like it worked. Very short after i got message that the refund has been made, so im expecting my money back soon.
