So surprised by the negative reviews. Had a great experience purchasing a shirt. Forgot to input the promo code, and they refunded me promptly for the amount.

Very poor online shopping experience. Advertising 30% savings but when delivered you need to pay unknown extra duties etc the product cost is more than Amazon at normal price. No customer satisfaction to be offered. I would not recommend buying from their online store, especially if you are outside the US. Most online included total cost and no surprises. Not this company.

I had a very bad experience ordering from the August Shop and I would not recommend anyone shops here.

I have tried to order from them several times and something always seems to go wrong.

In the most recent episode, my order simply never got to me and it was on me to fill out a claim and deal with everything, when I was not the one who picked an unreliable shipper.

Additionally, their shipping policies absolve them of any responsibility on orders regardless of if something goes wrong and you’re basically SOL. Whenever you speak to one of their employees the baseline response is “there’s nothing we can do”, which is annoying since after making a fuss there actually was something they were able to do; so all in all I was just very disappointed by their customer service and lack of empathy towards paying customers.



To conclude, I would rate my experience with the August Shop a 1/10.Not worth your time, not worth the stress, not worth the hassle. Not worth it.

Waste your time, don't fulfill your order.

I ordered an expensive jacket, in the end no one contacted me, they just canceled the order without any information about the reason.

Order #17150 was canceled at your request and your payment has not yet been refunded.

And I did not ask them to do this, it is obvious that they are just wasting time unable to fulfill the order.

Better order somewhere else.
