Andy YET again you never fail to amaze your workman ship is second to none from installing 360deg cameras & blind spot monitoring last year to upgrading the ambient lighting this year,i cannot put in to words or compliment to say what a great service & your such an amicable guy

From the 1st contact Andy was very helpful with regards the parts required and clear pricing.
I needed an OEM tow bar fitted to my Q7, which Andy did as if completed by an Audi workshop. The OEM tow bar was registered with Audi and on collection Andy gave a full over view of the operation of the Tow Bar.
Would highly recommend Andy if you need any modifications to your Audi or VW

Great communication with Andy about having 360 surround view cameras and advanced tyre pressure monitoring installed on my 2023 RS3. Liaised with Andy about installation at my home of residence. All work carried out was perfect and to OEM standard.

Contacted Andy re towbar for q7. Andy replied to my e.mail almost straight away. Andy's communication was amazing, keeping me informed from initial enquiry to installation day. He arrived on site to fit towbar when he said he would. Workmanship top class.

Started making correspondence with Andy from Audi Upgrades, back in August 2025. The problem I had was that Audi in their wisdom had dropped the 360 Surround View Camera from the RS3 Vorsprung Model 2025, and the only camera I had was the reversing one.
To cause further problems Audi had installed the dreaded SFD2 security system making the process more difficult than previously.
Myself and Andy corresponded for quite a few months, and eventually he contacted me to inform me that the conversion could be done.
Early January 26 we made the long journey 6hrs to Portsmouth a further 45min via Ferry to the Isle of Wight and met up with Andy.
We stayed Two Nights in a B&B and at the conclusion our vehicle was ready to be collected.
Was it worth it, well “HELL YES”.
Having got to know Andy over this period, I had NO HESITATION in trusting him with my vehicle and more so with getting the job done.
He is very meticulous, kept me updated throughout the process, before, during and after, and more importantly he looked after my vehicle.
Another benefit with Andy is that he uses Genuine Audi Parts.
He made sure I was fully aware of the process and gave me a breakdown of everything, including photos.
To sum it up I travelled for approximately 14hrs in all to get the job done, stayed in a B&B for two nights, and I would do it all again if needed, to get what I was after.
Thank you Andy, for being so professional, and courteous, and for doing a top job.

Andy at Audi upgrades came to my rescue for supply of genuine Audi ''as from factory'' equipment, even when Audi themselves wouldn't help me. Not only did he source me all the required parts, but helped with drawings and instructions for installation (only as i was too far away to get to Andy to do the job himself - otherwise i would of!) 10/10 for this man and his company. Just had Andy retrofit power folding mirrors, auto dimming mirror glass, and a ghost immobiliser to my A5. Kept in contact regarding ordering and shipment of parts to me, the came to my house on a Saturday morning to do the job.
He was extremely pleasant, friendly, helpful and answered all of my (I'm sure annoying) questions, even unlocking a couple of other features.
When the job was finished, he went through everything in detail, explaining how the various items now work, and checking I was completely happy with the jobs he had performed.
I've got 2 retrofits left to get done (Memory seats, and ambient lighting), and there is only 1 person I'll be contacting, as both the quality of his work, and his focus on exceeding his client's expectations are unmatched.

Andy installed folding mirrors, a reverse camera and some very rare door inlays onto my car, all sourced by himself directly from Audi.

The whole process could not have been better. Andy is a very friendly guy who was incredibly helpful throughout answering any questions I had. Everything was fitted to factory spec including calibrating the reverse camera and registering it with Audi. He was even kind enough to remove the dealership sticker from the rear window of my car free of charge.

I’ll definitely be returning to Audi Upgrades for any future retrofits.

Everything about the experience was excellent. Nothing could have gone better. Can’t think of anything to say, other than I wouldn’t even consider using anyone else.

I enquired about a tow bar from my SQ8 Enron, Andy provided a competitive quote and I paid a deposit while I had to wait on 3 months for Audi to ship the parts to the UK and in between Andy kept me fully informed.

Once we knew the parts were being shipped agreed a on a day and Andy made arrangements to fly to the North to do the installation for me.

Once the day a true professional, set to work, checked, double checked and then triple checked it all.

Tow Bar is amazing and my local dealer quoted me a 12 month wait.

Andy upgraded the MMI on my Q7 so I could have Apple car play. He unlocked a host of other options too.

There are simply not enough stars to convey how good Andy is to deal with. He installed a used OEM towbar to my SQ7 which I supplied. We both knew that there was a risk that it may not work which was a risk we were willing to take. Andy identified parts that we might need so that they were on hand on the day so the work could be completed without delay. When it turned out that we might need these parts Andy went out of his way to try to repair the originals to save the cost of the replacements even though it was more work for him and for no benefit. Ultimately he got everything working exactly as it should, talked me through every step while I watched from the comfort of a sofa. And all this on a bank holiday because I needed the towbar for a trip abroad the following week. Impeccable, top to bottom.

Andy was very meticulous in his approach to installing the power filing mirrors I’d sourced and installing a genuine reversing camera. There were some software issues post install which he didn’t hesitate to sort out: can’t recommend highly enough
