Audit soft is very effective and easy to use and stay organized.

It would be useful to be able to use it on platforms other than windows such as apple and chrome.

Your youtube training is not sufficient for people to finish their auditing. Training session need to be provided.

Always quick response time for any questions related to the audit tool.

For the IHSA COR audit...I have made the suggestion to highlight further what IHSA requires 100% scoring on legislated items. Also when adding 'proof' you should limit choice to APPEND to only one category.

User friendly and efficient

The audit tool is very easy to use but I find the questions, especially in the interviews to be extremely repetitive. It asks the same question in multiple ways. It may be more constructive to ask employees a more condensed version.

I am editing my original review. I didn’t like that I couldn’t send the audit from the app. But other than that, the app is very easy to use, practical, and uploading documents is very efficient. It is also environmentally friendly. I am overall happy with it and I would keep using it for next safety audits. Thank you.

The program was easy to use and understand what documentation was needed and the format was easy to follow.

Software is good like being able to upload as I go some evidence gathering is tough as we have 4 terminals

Majority of the process went well. Only issue is the date did not show or print on the receipt.

Auditsoft is easy to use, greatly reduces the paper needed to conduct an audit, organizes your attached documentation efficiently and effectively, and makes the process go much more smoothly and quickly. Highly recommended.

Audisoft does not currently have a way of storing documents. It all gets repetitive to have to upload portions of the safety manual every year.

did you need to put a positive and negative response as well as comments, its a reductant annoying step that if you miss time in a time sensitive time task then its takes a lot of attention away from the content of the audit to fixed tis one insignificant detail that takes away from the content of the audit. the content is the meat of the audit and the focus. doesn't make any difference in the audit result step.

Auditsoft has been a great tool manage the different types of validation for audits. Its pretty intuitive how the tool interacts with the data input and has imbedded controls to make sure scoring is done appropriately.
Room for improvement would include a 'undo' button similar to microsoft word or google docs. When typing large paragraphs if something goes sideways and part or the whole data set gets deleted you have to start from scratch which can be disheartening.

User friendly program with clear outlines for information required.

I especially appreciate the speech-text option in the program. I had some issues where it would record & if I paused speech it erased & typed over the text, OR it shortened my speech with ... super frustrating.

Not as user friendly as other audit tools on the market.

I've only been using the product for a couple of weeks. So far it's been very easy to use. Purchasing licenses, filling out information, and creating reports has all been hassle free.
I even accidentally contacted customer service who responded on a weekend!
