I was received with warmth. Everything of the test was explained in details to put me at ease. Every test was done with professional expertise, taking precaution like washing the hands with sanitiser and explaining what the test would be like. It made the experience pleasant and it wasn't difficult to comply easily to follow the instructions.
I returned satisfied.

On time for appointments. Lots of reminders for appointments. Brilliant hearing test by knowledgeable audiologist.

I was very pleased with the person who came it was for my yearly check up and service.
The only thing I would have liked different was, I mentioned more than once that I could not change the little rubbers and caps on the end of the earing aid.
So I still can't when the time comes.

Excellent. The audiologist, Huda, was very welcoming, thorough and precise, explaining the process, results and options very clearly. I was also impressed that the Receptionist rang before the appointment to check that I knew exactly where the branch was; highly recommended.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Every step of the treatment was explained clearly and concisely and the service was excellent.

As usual, Stephanie (Wolverhampton Branch) was ultra efficient and friendly.
Hopefully she has fixed the problem I had, so far, (apt just two days ago) I think so.

Complementary drinks, service on time, and hearing aids changed without any issue. Hearing aids now perfect!

A very thorough understanding of my deafness and good advice as to how to live within my hearing limitations; plus a regular monitoring review and continuing interest in my welfare. Also an annual physical inspection of my ears and eardrums.
