Excellent hearing test with Lilly at Hidden Hearing. Very comprehensive and Lilly was great at explaining what she was doing and what the results meant - I’ve not had such a detailed hearing test before!

Lily was delightful kind and attentive. Explaining everything very clearly and gently taking me through all the tests. I was delighted to know my hearing isn’t bad for my age and I don’t need a hearing aid but should continue to have tests in the future to monitor my hearing or if things get worse.

Lily was brilliant! So professional but also empathetic. She took the time to really listen to mum, to work out what it was she needed, and then went out of her way to explain everything in layman’s terms, without once being patronising. No rush, no fuss, just outstanding service. If only all businesses were like this.

I had my ears syringed by Jan at Hidden Hearing in Sheffield. She was extremely helpful and gave me some good advice. She carried out the procedure effectively and made sure to ask me if I was ok throughout. I hear beautifully now. As I am prone to this problem I will not hesitate to go to Jan next time / again.

I visited this morning for wax removal. Jan was excellent from start to finish. Extremely personable and explained the procedure with care and attention. I have had wax removal on several occasions and this was definitely the best, highly recommended.

Lilly, the audiologist, who fitted me with the hearing aids is efficient, helpful, knowledgeable & patient. I was not pressurised at any point. Clearly, Lilly is a lady who loves her work and only wants what is best for her clients.

Yes my visit went very well. I believe the young ladies name was Megan (?) (sorry! I was too busy talking to her to notice her name). She was very professional and very friendly. My hearing had not changed so I was happy with that. 👍😊

I went for a routine check on my hearing aids which I bought in 2021. Lilly was thorough and knowledgeable, took time to explain everything clearly and showed me the latest development in hearing aids, without puttung any pressure on me to change what I have. I would recommend Hidden Hearing without hesitation.

Efficient service. Booking was easy and Jan got a large clump of earwax out of my ear that I've been trying to ignore for a while.

Had my ear wax removed by Jan in Sheffield branch , she is very nice lady , very professional, couldn’t get all my ear wax out so returned a week later and after a struggle managed to remove all . Very pleased with the service , Jan was excellent. Thank you .

Lily was very personable and put me at my ease immediately. It was a shock to discover how my hearing has deteriorated but she handled the situation very well.

Very thorough tests carried out by Lily, who explained the results and options open to me. Like other reviews I found the prices quoted more expensive than I imagined and I simply cannot afford them right now.

Initially I arrived at the branch and was looked after by the receptionist, she was professional but friendly.
I was then introduced to Lilly who was going to conduct my hearing evaluation, this was first class, at all points of the test I was given an explanation on what was going to happen and why.
From beginning to end this was first class service.
