It was all very straightforward, and simpler than expected. The suggestion that my wife should attend the hearing test, as "a familiar voice", was not followed up.

Booked appointment at Hidden Hearing as this procedure not readily available on NHS.
I received excellent service and audiologist described step by step what the procedure entailed.
Would definitely recommend.
