I am so frustrated with this company
I am so frustrated with this company! The first set of hearing aids did not work for me. I agreed to return those and try a different pair. No problems so far.
I let them know that the second pair was not right for me. I wanted to return then and get a refund from my original purchase.
It took about 2 months for them to "approve" a refund for the full amount. (Hearing aids, accessories, and additional coverage). A month later I am still waiting on my refund. This is just ridiculous. If you stand by your product, then getting a refund should not take 3 months.
How long do I wait before I look for legal assistance?
