I don’t know why this comes up as Hollie reviews as the company is AUDENZA linked to Hollie here but buyer beware! Audenza used to be award winning but there’s been changes within the company and ownership & not for the better! They said they’d shipped my order over 2 weeks ago(should take a couple of days) I’ve contacted the shipping company who said they’re still waiting, still haven’t received it from them-still expecting it. I know mistakes happen but the problem is, Audenza DO NOT reply to any emails or messages! Can’t call them. Totally ignored for over a week but they keep the £60! Avoid!
Just to update this message…..they haven’t responded to any mails for over a month and no item sent! Have had to contact bank to help with refund and they don’t even respond to them so refund issued by bank. Avoid.

AVOID THIS SHOP THEY DO NOT DELIVER!!
Bought a mirror at the very start of the months, almost 3 weeks later -absolutely no communication, no dispatch and no sign of any mirror. Email several times only once got a very short 2 line reply. no apology - just a lame 'we estimate processing your order next week'...this after 2 weeks already at that point. Terrible customer service, no intention delivering products you buy. AVOID at all costs as most likely scamming and stealing your money!

Beautiful furniture. Great service and quick delivery. Communication with the team great as well, would highly recommend. Will definitely be buying more pieces from Audenza

Agree with the last reviewer absolutely awful wish I could give no stars
Ordered items from website says free delivery and within 3-7 days upon going to checkout had to pay for delivery but there’s no one to talk to so just paid it as wasnt unreasonable
However 3 weeks later still no goods received many unanswered emails finally got one response saying it was being processed by the fulfilment team ? Still no update when or if goods will be received so dont believe all the awards they advertise this in my opinion is not even a proper business it’s more like someone doing it part time buy elsewhere as it’s not worth the time spent chasing

I would not recommend anyone purchasing from Audenza. We ordered from them an item which was not delivered until we made a complaint to our bank. They are difficult to contact -- unreachable by phone, always offline, and promise to respond to your email but don't. Tracking numbers are incorrect or contain no tracking details. Surprisingly, however, such positive, glowing reviews on their site. Not all is as it seems with this company. Buyer beware.

Not sure if this is the right place to put this review for Audenza, but recently ordered and I must say it exceeded expectations. I ordered on Friday and it was delivered today (Monday) at 2pm! The items I ordered were lovely too!
