I ordered the wine glasses as a gift to my son and daughter-in-law for Christmas. I then left on an out-of-town trip. When I returned I assumed the glasses had been delivered and I discovered they had not been. I began an email correspondence with Audacem, explaining my predicament. I received a quick reply with suggestions to assist with my problem. I was almost ready to dispute the credit card charge when I located our glasses - they had indeed been delivered while I was out-of-town. I immediately sent a confirming email to Audicem to apologize for my confusion and they were just so understanding about the whole thing!! I am sure had I not found my order, Audicem would have worked relentlessly to resolve my problem. I look forward to the reaction of my family on Christmas Day when they see these unique glasses!!!

The glasses are very beautiful and their effect on the table is impressive. Wooden coasters are of good quality and very useful. The packaging is nice.
These glasses are perfect as a gift. We are going to buy them again and give them to our friends during the weekend we'll spend together. As we received our first parcel on time and I'm convinced it will be so next time.

The items came to Australia in a week. Glasses were packaged beautifully, clearly a quality product. The recipient was very happy with their gift.

Ordered the whiskey glasses online from Audacem and when they arrived they were smaller than the advertising depicts. Also they advertise a cleaning cloth but this is no longer provide despite ALL their advertising suggesting they do.
Be careful as what you see and what you get arent the same.

The dimensions are present in the additional details sections of each product page. I will also attach screenshots for you to confirm if our bigger size will suit your needs.

Well Dom and Audacam did deliver with the glasses and cleaning cloths and I am more than happy with the outcome.

The promotional video was well presented and drew me to purchase these beauty glasses. Along with the ceramic coasters and wooden base, this product will grace any table when entertaining.

Product is really nice but unfortunately the delivery courier company used is a mess so delivery was a pain, wasnt sure if it was finally going to be delivered, they use amazon shipping within EU which is the worst when there are problems with the delivery, no way to get in touch but a lousy link in which you filll in info they don't even care to look, only rely on the good faith of the driver to get your product to the correct address...this all started because the GPS used kept being configured with the incorrect address Although on the labels was right.
Customer service is good, helpful, giulia and Dom were very helpful and genuinely care for my situación looking for a solution

Buyer Beware!! This company is in Poland. If you are not satisfied with your order, YOU must ship back to them. It would cost you more to return the items than just keeping your purchase. I assumed these were red wine glasses and when they arrived they were whiskey glasses. Beautiful but I don't drink whiskey. So be careful when you order with this company. Very expensive mistake because they are not doing anything to help me with the return.

Lovely item (glassware & coasters). Happy with purchase, good communication, quick delivery.

Audaceum customer experience is top shelf. I had delivery issues that were not the fault of Audaceum but they settled the issue anyway. The customer satisfaction rep (Dom) stayed in contact with me until my issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

I see the top shelf reviews but I am a very dissatisfied customer. I have been waiting on my order since September 14, 2024. Order #1648!!!!!
