I have been unable to login for several…

I have been unable to login for several weeks ("server error"). I tried to contact them through several means but no response. Today I noticed that my credit card has been billed 3 times in the last couple of weeks. It looks like they went belly up but are still trying to steal as much money as they can from their customers. This website is a fraud! Stay away.

I'm a Fine Art Broker - Don't Use This Service

I'm a Fine Art Broker. Was a member for about a year, when site wouldn't save my searches sent emails to them, no response, then site went dark for about 10 days. Sent emails, no response. Sent email to cancel my membership and to not run my CC again, and please send me confirmation, no response. Then they charged my card, and want me to pay again to log in. Contesting charge with my Bank, still no response. Plenty of other alternatives out there, pass on this one.

NO customer service + NO phone number + NO personnel contact = recurring auctionclub.com billing rip-off!

Want to try auctionclub 30 day trial?

Go ahead, you'll think you are setting up 30 day trial account, with email & password + credit card, but auctionclub makes it impossible to ever use website.

You NEVER get confirming email, necessary to start trial.

Request email resend, you still won't get a reply.

Try contacting auctionclub employee? No contact listed.

Try phoning someone? No phone # listed.

How about physical street address? Strike out!

Recurring charges posted @AmEx reference cell number don't accept incoming calls. Helpful!

Because you don't ever receive any account confirmation for your so called trial period, logical to assume you don't have account since you can’t use website.

SURPRISE!
Auctionclub.com bills you anyway on recurring basis that you never knew you had!

Because auctionclub never even sends confirmatory email; nor obtains user consent; nor discloses cancellation date to avoid recurring charges & avoids disclosure of clear cancellation methodology, auctionclub subscription billing practices overt violation recurring charges.

auctionclub suggestion; if you seek loyal user base using AmEx, best to first hire at least 1 employee + get dedicated email + active phone number accepting incoming calls & start pretending you are a real company instead of a recurring billing rip- off.
