This is a serious warning to anyone using AuCloud9 Casino.
I deposited over $500, and within seconds, I watched almost all of it disappear, leaving only a small amount behind. The way it happened was shocking.
The game paused and asked me to reload. As soon as it reloaded, $48 was instantly deducted without me placing a bet. After that, my balance dropped in large, rapid amounts, one after another, extremely fast — far beyond what I was actually doing.
It did not match my actions. I had no real control — just watching my money disappear.
I have reviewed my own screen recordings multiple times, and it is crystal clear how quickly and aggressively the funds were taken. I have video evidence of this incident.
When I contacted support, I was told everything was “normal,” which I strongly dispute given what I experienced and what I can clearly see in my recordings.
This has completely destroyed my trust in this platform.
I am now formally requesting a full investigation and refund of the unauthorised deductions.
I strongly urge others to be extremely cautious, and if you experience anything similar, protect your funds and document everything.
