Shipment didn't show up

Shipment didn't show up. Was eta 5th, then eta 12th but on the 9th changed to return to sender. Need to use a better courier in Australia.

Really disappointed with the service…

Really disappointed with the service from MyProtein. I ordered a pre-workout over 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. What’s even more frustrating is that I’ve tried contacting them multiple times through both Instagram and email and never got a response. Very poor communication and customer service. Definitely not the experience I expected.

Products are really good

Products are really good. Delivery is questionable. You need to think about who you use for your deliveries because your current provider is really poor.

Feedback on Duplicate Order Handling

Feedback on Duplicate Order Handling
I received two duplicate orders (Order #752527504 and Order #752535468) for the same items.
Although this originated from my own mistake due to the website’s order confirmation delay, I was disappointed that the duplicate order could not be cancelled despite the request being made within minutes.
When cancellation was not possible, the orders were neither combined nor adjusted for shipping, resulting in two shipping charges, even though the combined value exceeded the $140 free‑shipping threshold.
I kindly request consideration for a refund of the shipping cost and share this feedback to help improve the customer experience.

yes i am always charged international…

yes i am always charged international transcation fee rdering in Aus, but my friend who gets it in Aus in same city too, he didnt get charged and there is no explaination to it.
i ordered 5kg of protein and one of the packages was different in packaging as shown in app, it was of blue in color. I just thought that might be a new packaging but when i told them that i had bloating issues with this one and i had rest ones as they shown in app and i tried, they were good, they were not able to replace that or accept that they sent some different product.
how many of regular users who trust the brand keep taking pics of the product and its credentials/details ?
When I went for help, there is only chat first, so no one to talk and explain, and they kept asking for the photo, and i said I threw the package. i tried to sent a pic but they still not covinced.

Longterm these guys have been great…

Longterm these guys have been great with Shipping and the Quality of the Protein (Over 5 Year Customer).
Unfortunately of late, the pricing is on the ridiculous side and waiting for the right Discount Combination to come up (Without the RRP Magically changing at the same time), is pretty much non-existent in 2026.

Delivery is bad.

Delivery is bad.
They don't attemp to deliver but it shows returned to consigner.

Now my protein is run out.
