Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. Purchased a box with very specific measurements to ship a package.
Inter parcel took my money as quickly as they could but they picked up the package several days late
I was then hit with a surcharge because the measurements of my box were apparently 2 - 3cm out. Despite me showing evidence of the box size when I purchased it online, because I hadn’t measured it myself it wasn’t sufficient evidence. They themselves also couldn’t provide evidence
Avoid at all costs - much better and cheaper ways to ship to and from Aus!
Incompetence and Rudness is only the begining
While the pricing was great the mistake made by them end up costing me thousand i would highly recommend avoiding the the additional charge coming from there mismanagement has cost me well over $1000 on 2 parcel and the customer support was rude and aggressive when trying to resolve the issue ill be taking my business else where as we had a a3 year break after previous issue and had hoped they had improved sadly they have not
Easy to set up
Easy to set up. Terrible afterwards:
- Way too many files to download making it confusing to know what to download
- two address label files, i had printed the wrong one, driver showed me what it was meant to look like
- Driver said they would come tomorrow, didn't arrive.
- I asked to cancel, customer service team rebooked for Monday

I have used Interparcel for my business shipping needs for the past year and wanted to share a recent positive experience. I accidentally selected an incorrect shipping option and Seini was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction for a more appropriate option. I had already paid and Seini arranged a refund which was in my bank account within hours. Interparcel's customer service is first rate and I will continue to be a loyal customer.
Sydney to Melbourne parcel
I have used interparcel services many times and they are very reliable and reasonably priced. It saves me a trip to the post office cos they always pick up the parcel from my home. Last week there was a missed collection and i contact them to make sure they are aware of the situation. The team at inter parcel, in particular Kara of the Escalation team, Talei and Draunivesi, was very responsive and attended to my questions overnight (out of business hours). They managed to arrange pickup shortly afterwards.

They will find a way to not pay you for damage!
I have used Interparcel several times, and most recently, I spent a significant amount on sending multiple packages through them. I packaged everything carefully, but one of the packages was delivered damaged. It was obvious the courier dropped it right on the corner. My receiver promptly took photos of the damage and notified me.
When I attempted to file an insurance claim, it was rejected because the issue was with the boxes of the products inside the package, not the actual contents of each product itself. The items were board games, and the box is considered a part of the product, not just the contents!
No matter how hard I tried to explain this, they insisted that if the product packaging was damaged (a.k.a the board game box), and the product inside was unharmed, they would not pay me for the damage they caused.
Now, the games are unsellable because they are all dented, and I will not be using Interparcel again.

Hi, We had a big issue becasue our parcel did not collected in time to get to a medical course we were running, so after talking with Rusiate she gave us alternative ways like getting the package to the depot. She also went above and beyond and made matter of urgency noted to the courier for us. I really appreciated being able to call back and talk to Rusiate again as she knew the situation. Her calling to say the package had arrived was a nice touch.
