Very trustworthy company with quick responses, efficient processing, and fast shipping.
I ordered the exact part number specified for my vehicle. Unfortunately, after receiving and testing the part, it did not work. My original part had a 6-pin connector, while the replacement sent to me had a 5-pin connector.
The team made every effort to locate the correct part, but unfortunately it did not pass the required testing. Despite this, they handled the situation professionally and provided a full refund.
Throughout the entire process, I was kept informed and updated regularly. Special thanks to Amara for her excellent customer service and support.

Supplied finished sleeves were oversized and unable to be used. Had to purchase unfinished replacement sleeves. Finished conrod little end bush clearances were excessive and unable to use. Hoping that conrod and main bearing clearances meet specifications. Will never consider FridayParts purchase again.
