BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. Ordered and paid for a V10 Dyson battery - they sent me a battery for a V8 - tried to contact but they have ghosted me. Tried to do refund through PAYPAL, they told me to contact vendor!! Contacted Consumer Affairs, they told me to contact vendor...Just don't buy anything or be prepared to loose your money.
Ordered the wrong battery ( my fault) NOW ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A RETURN ADDRESS OUT OF THEM OR REASONABLE CORRESPONDENCE TO FIND OUT HOW TO GO ABOUT A REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

Sadly too late, I ordered an OEM battery, then noticed in the photo that the battery doesn’t have the OEM manufacturers logo anywhere.
It was a decent price - if it works,
I’m guessing perhaps the OEM means ‘Other Equipment Manufacturer’.
