I received my shipment much faster than I thought I would.

Great to build and ride

this 72 v off road 3000w is not better then the 48v off road i have. this one have low ground clearace.
the headlight was broken inside when arrived.
the rear tire was installed backwards thus causing the rim to damage.
the motor is hanging very close to the ground . it can touch an apstical anytime.

I only received part of my order. Where is my 2 back rims, and 2 front rims? That was the whole reason for my order

The part that was sent to me does not work on the 72 Volt cart I purchased from you. The bolt pattern does not match up and only allows for the top bolts to be used. I would like the correct part shipped to me so I can use the cart. I have sent you pics via e mail.

Customer service was fantastic. For being Chinese made product I am really impressed with the quality. The kart is really different and fun!

Had a few problems with the go kart but company has been very helpful with sending new part to get it back running safely.

Because we know what's at stake for yours. Received unit no battery rear control arm tab. Welded on crooked cannot put bolt in front bumper. Looks like somebody beat it with a hammer. Handle bars are damaged. Throttle is damaged, and then I see. You've already discounted it a $100, so no, I'm not real happy. There's no phone number to call anybody just kind crappie way of doing business

Come just as advertised super fun and built way better than I expected would highly recommend thinking of buying a second as all the family love it

We love our new go kart!! Purchased the big knobby tires, plan to do lots of “off road” trips….
What fun!!

Don't like the packaging. - box must have be delivered upside down and oil leaked out all over differential - now I need to fill - I could write better instructions on n 5 minutes - one tire flat bead won't seal - seat is crappy just terrible - one hole in wheel spindle was not dropped through - could not get cotter key in - use twist ties to hold up brake line really -;- mounting the handle bars by yourself almost impossible - light speedo and handlebars on same mount ? - I was going to start selling these but not after this. Took me 5 yrs the instructions are not clear only ride it inside and it works but need to check oil in differential - biggest negative where do you get parts - I see lots of things. Giving trouble - not fun - I can't see many people putting this together

Great overall!! I only don’t give 5 stars because I couldn’t find the hardware to mount the front light and the bracket was a newer version than the one in the assembly video and paperwork. But everything came well packed and fitted well together. Got the kart put together in about 3 hours with my son helping. Well worth it! Recommend to anyone looking for an off road kart!

Really good communication, we ordered 3 karts and received them as expected. They always respond to email in under 24h.
