Can you please tell me why someone has put a review about car repairs on an upholstery site not relevant to the company of Attleborough upholstery

I wanted 2 keyed scratches 1 was 4 inches long and 2nd was 12 inches long and some peeling paint on the drivers side bumper, I booked an appointment chipsaway looked at it said he would paint the whole doors and the bumper for £585 plus I said ok but got the thinking about it as a pensioner it was half my pension, I sent a message saying it was to much, the same night I got another message saying it could be done for £400 plus vat, the ting is I wanted as it says in chipsaway advert we repair dents, scratches don't have the whole thing done, my other problem is I had a small stone dent in the front wing, I was told that chipsaway didn't repair dent and would be given a name of the people they use for dents very strange don't you think I had an advert telling me that it did all these things I wanted done but chipsaway didn't do these things the advert on TV is very misleading telling me what they did but being told in person they didn't,the only reason I gave it a 1 star is someone turned up, maybe chipsaway should get all its workers together and tell them whats to be done, I just wonder how much 2 scratches a small stone dent with no paint missing and some paint peeling about 8 inches square, would really cost
