It's my first experience
It's my first experience. I'll rate the staff's nine and half over ten because in a dynamic world like ours there's always room for improvement otherwise it should've been ten over ten.
They worn my heart when they were directing me to other storage houses within the vicinity Incase i wasn't satisfied with their policies and facility which is very rare with most businesses.
Twenty four hours access, internet network, staff's friendliness are some of the side attractions.
I'll recommend Attic, bow to be specific, any day.

Avoid
The admin is all over the place. One thing is said one day, something else the next. Some things are written in a contract, others in an email. And then no one knows what has been agreed anymore. Attic are also deliberately trying to squeeze money out of you - you get a quote for 8 weeks including 4 weeks' rental for free, then suddenly you need to sign up for 2 months min. Either you charge weekly or monthly, but not both. The system is designed to mislead. The actual storage facility is furthermore freezing.
