Super pleased with new door, arrived on time undamaged and nothing missing. Delivery driver super professional as was the rest of the team.

Had a 2 door garden office/gym designed and built to my specifications. They discussed and advised me the best fittings and delivered/built it in a day. When I requested aftersales advice and assistance they were quick to provide ongoing support and even sent me additional sealant/ventilation units and trim FOC when mine got damaged during post fitting decorating by myself. If I move and need to do this over again I will definitely use ATT Fabrications Gain

The experience with ATT Fabrications throughout this process was very good.
Enquired about a bespoke Garden Building in march 22, dealt with Michael Walker who was very helpful and worked with me to get what I needed.
All materials delivered ahead of schedule & the building was installed in May 22.
The installation team were very professional and worked tirelessly to get everything finished in two days.
We had a slight issue with the patio doors which was sorted within a couple of weeks through customer services.
I would 100% recommend ATT Fabrications.

We ordered a garden studio from ATT at the end of 2021 for delivery In Spring 2022 on a mutually agreed date.True to their word the components were delivered on the advised date with no damages to any of the component parts. The assembly team arrived on the day agreed and without any fuss got on with the job. Assembly took about a day and a half although there was an issue with the correct closing of the door. This was subsequently rectified to our full satisfaction. We are extremely pleased with the end product. ATT were easy to communicate with from the early days of our initial enquiry right through to the final rectification of the door fault. We were kept fully informed at every stage. We are happy to recommend their service and product and have provided photos of the finished building as evidence of a job well done. It should be noted that the internal outfit of the insulation, boarding, plastering and electrical work was carried out by local tradesmen. NB. I did visit the factory before ordering in order to satisfy myself that the method of construction and use of materials in the product was going to meet my needs.

Had a few issues with some parts missing. Was resolved and sent out a few days later. Matt was a great help and kept in contact. Would use again in the future.

Payed for bi-fold windows over 9 weeks ago, delivery is already 4 weeks behind and have just received an email stating no guaranteed future delivery date at the moment. Very poor service, having no doors is now causing major issues with build.... Certainly wouldn't recommend.

Great product and excellent value. Order was completed on time and the service provided was superb. Would highly recommend.

I've used ATT for years , good price, great products, sometimes delays due to supplier problems but that seems to be every where and, on most things, I'll keep using them.

Generally happy with the overall experience e and competitive costs. Some of the technical detail took a bit of sorting out, but all concluded satisfactorily.

Amazing service and product, browsing the products was easy via their website, we also visited the showroom to see the product in person and had any questions we had answered, staff very friendly and knowledgeable, we now have a gorgeous outdoor space to use all year round! Highly recommended.

Brilliant service and product great value for money would recommend to use them

Firstly, I think I would use this company again, but only because their after sales team did resolve ALL the problems within a respectable time scale. However, at times, I thought we were their first customer they had ever supplied a patio door with sidelites to, there were so many silly mistakes. Firstly, they were delivered 2 weeks after the expected delivery date. Once delivered, the cill was missing! Within a only a few days after-sales team got it delivered. Now everything was delivered, we checked for damage. Unfortunately one of the patio doors had one of the hinges ripped off, and the middle one had been pressed into the door. Yet again, after-sales promptly arranged to resolve the problem and provided a replacement patio door and said they would complain to the delivery company. Inside a week we had the door, so all ready for the builder to install? Not quite! The builder noticed that the tramsom (below the opening sash) on both the sidelites was somehow 5mm wider than the top and bottom(not sure what happened to final inspection as these sidelites should have been rejected, before dispatching). Basically when sidelites were assembled to main frame, the complete frame would now not fit into the opening. As I needed to get these patio doors finally fitted asap, after negotiating our options with the after-sales, our builder managed to do an excellent job, and the finished product did look amazing. My suggestions to anyone purchasing? Check the items closely when they arrive, and make sure you have a decent, experienced builder who knows what he’s doing. And get in contact with the after-sales team, they are there for that reason, and they did resolve ALL of the problems. I think this is a fair review with positive criticism, which hopefully will avoid the problems I had. Wayne Osborne

ATT were very professional throughout the whole process, I purchased a garden room from them and they delivered on time and the quality of build was great.. Sitting here writing this review from inside looking out on to the garden.. brill
