I paid off my I phone ( 1200.00) and I was told phone
store and still nothing. I will NEVER do busuness withh ATT and intend to also cancel Dirwect TVwould be unlocled 2 business days. It has noe been 11 days, visiits to 4 att stores including a "corporate"

These guys are so pathetic and frustrating. My phone is paid for and not locked into any contract. (GSM compatible) Yet my request to unlock goes pending for well over a week, their website runs great minus unlock status checker. If you ever want to sell your phone or go to another carrier for whatever the reason, you are stuck. They will hangup on you when you call, ignore your email request and their unlock status page never runs or says oops network error BS. How does a large company like this gets by is beyond me. I hope someone fine this company millions of dollars for fraud. They will not let you go no matter what. If I ever thought, one day I should go back to At&t with my family members, that will be cold day in hell. I am in Asia now, company here says that we don't know any such company that owns their phones and not on a lengthy contract, do this to a customer. They would be fined heavily. Extremly unethical and greedy. This company must be avoided at all cost unless you enjoy staying with them no matter what. Its like you fully paid for a car or a bike, but service company insists or locks your bike or car so that only they can service you at higher cost and service.

bought 2 ipohnes and traded in two old I phones =- all smiles and helpfulness when I made my purchase. ATT was not able to unlock the phones and sent me to Best Buy. They did not tell me I needed an appointment. It took me 5 visits to Att to finally get the process completed. I do not recommend trading in phones as they do not know the required process and will eat up your time and travel. If I had to do it is over again I would buy something simple with a one stop purchase at walmart. Pissed as can be.. Eugene Yanovitch

T-mobile is the way to go when I finally get a responsible person to assist with an unlock

To be honest with you I hot a bad experience them I paid my money and never heard back from them no emails i think they're scammers I would not recommend my enemy to them so I gave them the stay they deserve one star they don't even deserved one star they said 24 hours but they mean 24 years or none at all . I NEED them to refund my money my first time with them and it was a bad experience

THis is fraud, never ever unlocked your iphone with this company totally fraud they should be arrested for criminal case

Was not unlocked iphone 6s plus. But they quickly returned my money.
No fue desbloqueado mi iphone, Pero me devolvieron rápidamente mi dinero.

No courtesy to reply , continuously trying to follow up with them regarding my order but no reply from them till yet, very bad customer service, not acceptable, if you need more time then at least inform me

Ordered unlock service on AT&T iphone 5s. Three days latter received an email said IMEI Not Found. I ordered another unlock service on ebay for less than a dollar and they did unlock my phone in couple hours. This guy is a real scammer and cheater on his customers. I strongly suggest NOT using this site unless you want to loose $$$

they didn't provide me the unlock code in 3 days

Reported a Verizon Phone as T-Mobile, service not reliable at all

Pls provide me an update.Its been more then 3 months i am following up with you and only reply i am getting is "You will receive refund as soon as possible."

Please let be know ASAP because its just like cheating a customer and I think I need to go legal way now if i dont get my refund with in next 3-5 days because its already about 4 months now

I asked for my iPhone to be unlocked, instead they verified my previous carrier was ATT. I know this because I have had the phone for several years with ATT. What a rip off.
