This company promised to dismantle scaffolding put up in my garden for a neighbour's work, within a day of work being completed. 3 days later they are denying they agreed to this, having not recorded this on their system. They basically agreed to these conditions verbally in order to get the work, and have then denied every doing so. Unethical, untrustworthy, unapologetic and unreliable - do not use.

Scaffolding was erected by an Atrium sub-contractor and the service was 100%. Since then Atrium have not submitted Health & Safety documentation to allow the work via Home-serve to start. We are 75 year old pensioners with no working toilet for over 10 days. Not the best of experiences. If you have a choice do not use.

These guys installed scaffolding on our building. Installation started at 7:30am on a Sunday, which surely contravenes noise pollution regulations in our Borough. The workers who were going in and out of the building made sure to slam the door as loudly as possible every time. No consideration for the people living in the building, and doing work when they shouldn't be.

Had scaffolding installed by Atrium via my insurance company.

To start with was all good contact me to arrange installation. They turned up and installed the scaffold.

This was a 3 man team, looked like 2 juniors and 1 senior. First comment by the senior guy was where do you need the scaffold to. I replied to the roof.

His reply was what the **** they expect me to do this on a Friday afternoon.

They started the work and this guy never stopped swearing, all this this is on my CCTV and can be heard very clearly.

Time to take the scaffold down, got contacted, arranged a date, all going to plan. Until the day of dismantling noone had turned up by 15:00 tried to contact the them on the number on Google, call wouldn't go through.

Tried to call them on the WhatsApp number they contact me on, no answer on that sent them a message, still no reply, has been a week.

Contacted them during the week and advised them that scaffold still needs to be been taken down.

Got told will contact you back today. No call, message or email.

Phoned today and informed them of this and got told we will book it in for x date.

Asked why I never got called back yesterday, got told never had an update. I asked why this didn't get taken down on the day it was scheduled for or atleast have had a call, got told sorry.

Still waiting for a manager to call me back.... if I get this phone call will update.

This seems to be a common theme once they have installed the scaffold. Just look at the other reviews.

Conclusion, avoid if you want someone professional.

Boxt used the Skegness depot of Atrium Access to erect the scaffolding required to install solar panels.
Cannot fault them, they turned up on the day agreed to put up the scaffolding and were quick and efficient. It came down even faster on the due day once the work had be done.
