I have paid for a watch from this website 10 days ago and i have still not received a tracking email to say that it is shipped. Their returns portal doesn't recognise me and their help email responses have 3x sent me in a loop to the portal to track progress that i have told them does not work (AI / scripted support?). Don't risk your money
