Dalla mail barbra(ciocciola)clupservice.com dicono di contattare immediatamente l'ufficio postale locale.
Ho acquistato un prodotto e mi hanno addebitato (sulla postepay) ulteriori 3€ senza alcun preavviso o motivo: dicono che è normale per transazioni bancarie... Non bastasse ciò, l'articolo richiesto non mi è mai arrivato!! C'era pure un numero di tracciamento (dal sito xylships.com) che dice invece che io ho ricevuto tale pacco ma questo non è assolutamente vero. Il servizio clienti, informato di ciò non mi ha mai risposto. Mai avuto un'esperienza peggiore di questa!!! State alla larga da questo sito!!!
