I have been burned several times before by "microbrand" watch companies, so this was a pleasant surprise.

I placed my order 6 days ago, for a watch marked "fast delivery", I received a order confirmation, but as of today I didn't receive any other communication, two days ago I emailed the "support" email but nobody replied. It doesn't look good or a serious company. Starting to worry... Obviously traking service is non existent.

This company provides a very poor ordering experience. I placed an order on June 6th, and until now there is no clear update regarding the shipment status. I do not know whether my order has even been shipped or not.
The tracking number provided is not useful and does not show any clear information or movement. Your delivery timelines are inaccurate, and the promises made regarding shipping dates have not been respected.
This level of service is very disappointing, and I believe the communication and transparency with customers are far below acceptable standards. I need a clear update about my order immediately, including the actual shipping status and expected delivery date.

Unfortunately, I can only comment on the post-purchase service — because so far, there hasn't been any.
I purchased a watch a few days ago and have already sent three emails asking when it is expected to be shipped. The result? Zero response.
When spending over $400 on an item, you would expect at least some basic communication and customer support. At the moment, I'm left completely in the dark regarding the status of my order.
Maybe they're overwhelmed with orders and can't keep up — who knows? But a simple reply would go a long way.
I'll give them a few more days, but if I continue to receive no response, I'll be opening a PayPal buyer protection case. I'll keep everyone posted on how this develops.
