Awesome Product & Customer Service

I now own (2) X-Sight 4K Pro scopes. Love them. Customer service has never let me down. Kelly Prince has helped me on multiple issues. She is very knowledgeable of ATN’s products and how to resolve issues that arise. Thank you Kelly and ATN

Happy with the scope

Happy with the scope, the IR laser that I ordered didn't work well so they are send me another. I haven't tested the new one yet but the customer service has been good with getting my return order out quickly.

ExcelIent Customer Service

I had occasion to need a part for an old model
X-Sight. I was fortunate to connect with Kelly Prince, Account Manager, on my call. Service could not have been better. Very pleasant, courteous, and professional. She went to extra lengths to find the part that I needed and had it shipped immediately.
First rate in every respect.

Thor 5 XD LRF 3-30x

Was thinking about upgrading my Thor 4 1.25x5 Thermal. Called Chamberlin and he took very good care of me once again! I'm very happy and excited to get my new Thor 5 XD LRF 3-30x.

Great tech support

Could not ask for a more pleasant or knowledgeable tech (Kelly ). More than pleasant and patient with a customer with short term memory issues and not computer savvy! Kelly solved my problems and maintained a pleasant demeanor.

I needed a replacement charging port…

I needed a replacement charging port cover for a thermal scope and Kelly helped me get the order placed without any problems. She was very polite, respectful, and personable. Could not have asked for a better experience

For as expensive as the scopes are

For as expensive as the scopes are, parts should not just be falling off them just from walking around with it. The parts that the rubber eyecup screws into fell off. So now I am missing the eyecup and the part it attaches onto.
