I feel compelled to share the extremely traumatic experience I had with Atlas Voyages. I had booked a trip to Northern Cyprus with my 7-year-old son, but the agency made a fatal error by booking a hotel in the Greek part of the island, while our destination was the northern part, under Turkish administration, where no visa is required according to the information provided.

Upon our arrival, this mistake led to disastrous consequences. We were detained and locked in a freezing, filthy, and unsanitary cell for over four hours. We were treated like criminals, separated from our luggage, and subjected to inhumane conditions. The local authorities lost our luggage, which was never recorded, making any claims impossible.

The next day, in an attempt to understand the situation and seek help, I contacted the agent handling our case. This agent was utterly dismissive, even hanging up on us and minimizing our situation by saying, "it happens even to doctors." His response was to direct us to customer service, with no empathy or acknowledgment of our distress.

Atlas Voyages not only failed to provide adequate service but also compounded our suffering with their lack of professionalism and empathy. This experience was a true nightmare, and I strongly advise against using this agency. An experience to avoid at all costs.

You have a serious problem with your website I'm a client since 2011, in your headquarter at Casablanca I get a very good service. But when it comes to pay for my reservations online it was an horrible experience not just once but several times!!
But I want to thank your employees at BD FAR in Casablanca for their serious services and the warm welcome we get there!

It is a good experience to book hotels with Atlas Voyages but they dont accept bank cheques ! ... only cards !! ...

Know how to please the client

In overall the service was good but still waiting for the invoice to be sent by email.

I waited more than 10 days to get my ticket. Reserved with a price and was told that the price of the ticket increased and you need to pay for the difference

It is wonderful to have a Moroccan search engine platform for international flights Teyara.ma, and especially, to book the flight with a Moroccan credit card, and pay in MAD.
