Our roof was installed in 2019, and since we moved in in 2022, we have had no fewer than five repair patches completed due to ongoing issues. While the company did perform the repairs at no charge, the repeated problems point to either poor workmanship or defective materials from the original installation.

At this point, our larger concern is the lack of communication and accountability. Despite multiple calls and emails requesting a long-term solution, the company has stopped responding entirely. A roof is a major investment, and homeowners should be able to trust both the quality of the work and the professionalism of the company standing behind it.

Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend this company due to the ongoing workmanship concerns and poor communication.

Very disappointed in the service provided by Atlas. In short, we bought some rooflights for £5000. They came with no instructions, our builders said that they would need to be hugely modified for them to work, the company said there would be no warranty if we fitted them and the supplier would not accept them as a return even though they were not fit for purpose. We have wasted so much time and money. If you want good roof lights and a good service then look elsewhere. The whole experience has been terrible. To top it off they are ignoring our emails.

Atlas, if you do actually care about the service you provide then come and collect these rooflights and give us a refund.
