As for many others, they cancelled a flight booked in December 2019 and never answered neither refund me (after 5 months !)
I read that they closed for bankruptcy, so no hope for a refund. This is a shame, no open website neither working phone number to contact them.

Paris-Istanbul flight got canceled 5 months ago and They never refunded me.
I'm still waiting and will fight for my money.

They lost my luggage 5 months before. They never have refunded.!!

I had a flight at 6th of December 2019 and return at 10th of December and 11 days before the flight they cancelled it and I had to cancel m whole trip due to this and since then once they told me they will refund me, but never refunded me nor compensated me as the every passenger's rights claims.

They cancelled my flights in December 2019, They have not refunded my £769. I called and emailed many times, always the same lying. Avoid using any Airline from Turkey

I have been waiting for refund of the ticket I bought THREE months ago and still NOTHING! thieves!!!!

I have booked a flight on 21st December 2019 through Atlas Global. But due to their financial problem my flight was cancelled. And I have emailed them for several times asking for refund. But till now I didn't receive any replies and refund from them. I'm seriously disappointed.

I have had my flights cancelled! And as much I am shocked with atlas I am questioning Opodo who I booked with. Why are they using atlas after knowing the difficulties they have been having?! I booked in November and found out that atlas has suspended flights during that period. Why has Opodo not cancelled atlas off there list in order to protect customers! Now I am nowhere near getting my refund or holiday for my family.

My flight also was cancelled, they didn't answer at all my mails, I called them, they said will make the refund, but still didn't get it, even after a month!

Booked a flight via opodo on atlasglobal more than 3 months ago on 3.11.19 from london to kuwait. Flight was cancelled due to recent financial struggles of the airlines. Airlines doesn't provide any communciation/information on what they intend to do and what you can do to receive your refund. They don't respond to your emails. When you call them up, they say to get in touch with your booking agency (opodo in this case) and ask them for it.

3 months on, I've been calling both, atlasglobal and opodo. Opodo staff keep saying they have no information from atlasglobal and keep telling me to 'wait for more days'. They don't provide any proof that they are involved in the process or trying to get the refund issued.

Honestly, my suggestion is to stay away from all turkish airlines (atlasglobal, pegasus). I've had many flights cancelled/delayed because of them. Personally I'll never be using opodo again either. Trying to save a few quid is always nice but no gurantees provided via third party booking agencies and you end up losing hundreds in the process.

I am booked on a return flight in May 2020 Bodrum to Istanbul, the flight was booked in October 2019, the Company stopped flying in November supposedly for a short period their excuse was to get their finances in order, so I was concerned if my May flight would still go ahead. I've been trying to contact them for nearly five months tried again today to no prevail. I guess i'm one of the lucky ones as my credit card company has reimbursed me the full flight monies plus out of pocket expenses as a gesture of good will, they have paid for an extra nights stay at a lovely Istanbul Airport Hotel. I've now re-booked with Pegasus airline's. I will never fly Atlasglobal again. If anyone paid for flights with their Credit Card you are covered for paying for a service with that card which you havn't received, ring your credit card company ask for the disputes team, and say you wish to claim "Charge Back" it worked for me, and it's another route to get your well earned cash returned. Always use a credit card, never use a debit card or cash to purchase flights as your rights for compensation are different and your not covered fully using these two methods of payments.Hope this information helps some of you to get your monies returned.

This is the worst flight company, My flight get cancelled from Istanbul to Paris, and since I am not living there I had to spend a lot of money to get to the destination, They even did not respond to my emails. They did not even refund me for 1 month. When a flight company do not care about the costumers and specially their own reputation it means they are in a really bad financial situation, So I do not recommend at all to take this flight. Even do not think about it, suppose such a company is not available at all!!

They are thieves, liars, scammers. They canceled my flight due to financial difficulties. It's been over 7 weeks and they haven't refunded me. Do not book with Atlasglobal. Unfortunately we can not do anything, their customer service does not respond by email. By phone, it's always the same answer, they don't know anything.

They canceled my fly and didn't refund money.

Atlas Global emailed me before my flight (Nov 27 2019) from Istanbul to London to tell me it had been cancelled. After multiple attempts to ring their customer team to no avail (it wasn't in English), multiple emails left ignored, I began a case against them on Resolver to which the reply was: Atlas Global have not scheduled any refunds. Do not use this airline company, it is a scam.

They canceled my flights in December 2019 & have still not refunded me 6 weeks later. Customer services are rude & unhelpful.

They cancelled their flight without notice in December due to financial difficulties. Also they did not provide any solution even after when they resumed their operations (1 month ago) I did not get any refund from them as they bounce me back to the agency i booked from (eDreams) who in turn, through the ball in the airline side and say we are waiting for Atlas Global's instruction. Shame that I decided with this unprofessional bunch of scams I will get my money back I'll fight it till the end!
