Good customer service to resolve ordering issueImpossible to order... Website payment flawed
Tried to place order. Added products to order. Created account then tried to check out and the process would not complete. Checked and rechecked that all fields were completed correctly. When attempting to pay the site continually takes you back to top of page. If you have the patience of a saint and lots of spare time you might eventually get an order placed but after 6 tries over 30 minutes gave up. Will get my stuff elsewhere. UPDATE 27 NOV. since placing the review I was contacted by Atlas to fully understand the problem. They suggested that they could take order by phone, this was done quickly and efficiently, and promised to investigate the cause of the glitch I experienced. Agent was very helpful and apologetic. Good follow up by Atlas to resolve issue same day.
