Returned all the items in my order…

Returned all the items in my order because the sizes were too big the day the Hermes package as received. It has been a month since and I've provided them proof of re-tour and delivery back to their facility, But so far no refund!

Very disappointed, Will never buy from them again!

UNBELIEABLE, THEIR DECEIT IS REMARKABLE!

After I posted my initial negative review, they responded by asking for my email address. Even though they know the order number, full name and address, proof of Hermes package delivered with goods returned, and proof of delivery to their facility from Hermes. They even have the balls to keep jerking your around by separately asking for your customer number, despite original order package screenshot with all the details on it!!!

Wardrobe staples for good price

We've been buying the outlet and package deals every couple of months for the past year, so we ordered around 5 times so far. These sale items are great quality-for-price ratio and we haven't had any issues with construction or materials. They are not astounding, flashy, statement pieces and they are not supposed to be — they are staple, dependable items that you want to buy in bulk and be satisfied with. Good fleeces, t-shirts, etc. Don't expect luxury but be happy regardless!

Lousy service, no flexibility, not customer-friendly, highly bureaucratic!

During the online ordering process, it was not possible to ask for a delivery address that is different from the main address of the ordering person, BUT this was not visible on the website so that I proceeded and was surprised to find the wrong delivery address in the ordering confirmation. Furthermore, it was not possible to enter any of the coupon codes in such a way that the price could be reduced. Again this was not apparent before completing the order. Immediately after the order confirmation arrived, I requested a change of the delivery address, but this was declined after three workdays, even though the shipment had not been transferred to the shipping company (Hermes) yet. Therefore, I canceled the whole order, but this was not confirmed. Since I was not ready to receive the shipment at my home address, I asked Hermes to keep it in their shop, and after ten days, they finally sent it back. Three weeks after the order, the full price was finally returned to my account, but in the end, I had to pay for the certified letter that ATLASFORMEN requires for cancelation (and I had a lot of trouble just for trying to obtain something that many internet shops provide routinely and easily, namely delivery to another address). In conclusion, never again!

300 Euros of junk!

This is not European made. It is all Chinese made junk. I ordered 2 jackets, a sweater, underwear and turtlenecks. Trust the old adage, "if it's too good to be true." Let's just talk about the winter jackets. The zippers were reversed and on opposite side, (china) Velcro on sleeves is not functional and sewn on so that it can't perform its task. No thought involved in the design at all, it is merely meant to look like a real coat. Materials are cheap and poorly composed. I am returning all of it. Be warned.
