The radically transparent host agency with some of the lowest host fees and most generous commission splits in the industry. No downlines, no recruiting, no hidden info or fees... ever. We're a non-MLM host, structurally, not as a tagline. No recruiting downline, no percentage-of-commission startup fee, no franchise fee. Agents join at a flat $49/month Launch Rate. Commission split is 90/10 on self-sourced bookings and 80/20 on leads we deliver to the agent. We launched fully accredited: CLIA, IATAN, TRUE, and seller-of-travel registrations in Florida , Washington, and California, with E&O bound. Agents get our full training program (Atlas Academy), a CRM and booking platform (MyAtlas), a supplier directory, and a real support team. Radical transparency is the whole brand. We tell agents the real costs and tradeoffs up front, which I know is something your audience and your platform value.

Invaluable Peace of Mind

I've had the opportunity to experience Atlas Coast Travel Group from both sides, and I genuinely love what they do. They are transparent, responsive, and truly care about the people they serve.

One thing that really stands out is how quickly they respond when an issue comes up. They take concerns seriously and immediately work to help however they can. In the travel industry, where things don't always go according to plan, knowing you have a team that's willing to step up and help makes a huge difference.

I have confidence in this company, both professionally and when it comes to my own travel. I know how much they care about getting things right, and I'd absolutely trust them with my vacation plans. That kind of peace of mind is invaluable!

Incredible organization and detail

As promised, everything from sign up, to onboard training, to active bookings has been absolutely seamless. I am blown away by the level of thought and detail this agency has put into their agency dashboards and communication. Their admin team is responsive, professional, and they listen! I am so happy to be a part of this team that makes me feel supported and valued as a booking partner. Amazing experience so far!
