My experience with Atlas Capture was disappointing. The platform often felt confusing to navigate, and instructions for tasks were unclear or inconsistent, which made it difficult to complete work accurately.
I also encountered issues with delayed responses from support, making it frustrating when I needed clarification or assistance. On top of that, the payment process lacked transparency, leaving me uncertain about when or if I would be compensated properly.
Overall, it didn’t meet my expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience.

Regarding task clarity, we continuously update our guidelines and offer workshops and training sessions through Discord to help contractors understand exactly what is expected. We encourage all contractors to attend these and make use of the support channels available.
On support response times, we acknowledge there is room for improvement and it is something we are actively working on. Our Discord server has dedicated support channels where tickets are handled by our team.
Regarding payment transparency, payouts are processed manually by our finance team on a per-account basis and we understand clearer communication around timelines would help. This is an area we are committed to improving.
If you would like to give the platform another chance or have specific unresolved concerns please reach out to us directly through Discord or r/atlas_capture and we will do our best to make it right.

I didn't receive my payment which had to paid 2 months back i have been contacting the team every week but there is no further progress in my pending payment. The process is slow and its frustrating to keep reaching out for my pay out, the team is only saying that email will be followed but not further information they reply on the ticket being raised and go off. I REQUEST THE ATLAS CAPTURE TEAM TO PROCEED MY PAYMENT ASAP.

I have registered and have gone through the training and have work for 10 days, just to login and see that my account is paused, I have drop a review but it just the same, I have emailed the support line but it is still the same, and am not sure they are going to pay me for the work I have done

Regarding payment, contractors who have completed qualifying work in good standing are paid for that work. If your account was paused due to quality concerns it is possible that some or all of your earnings may be affected depending on the findings of the review. Me and my friends joined atlas capture early enough in december we worked till yesterday all of us having good ratings, all of a sudden we are paused claiming weve spammed, you people just pause accounts randomly, 2 days without anyone saying anything, if you complain they chug you out of their discord, so unprofessional, losing their influence

Regarding Discord removals, members who violate community guidelines or conduct rules are removed regardless of their work status. I have really heard a lot of amazing things about atlas capture so I decided to go for the training for three weeks signed up joined the discord community but still yet I have not been eligible to participate. Atlas Capture is a miracle in my life
Atlas Capture is a miracle in my life. The easiest registration, signed contract, and it pays!!!. At first I thought it was too good to be real but here we are. I've been with this wonderful organization since December last year and I have been paid more than 5 times. I love how transparent and considerate they are with the labellers and staffs with a very competent support team and team leads.

There are always room for Improvements
Since I started working with Atlas, Dec 2025, I was handled by a team with lots of learning opportunity to provide to you. Opportunities to learn and equipped yourself on this field. Guided by people who are willing to teach you on the best way they can. There are sometimes issues that encountered as I continue work with them, but they were addressed and resolved one at time. There are things that needs to be improved with the Atlas Capture but, one thing I know for sure is that, with them, I am learning, supported and earning enough to pay my bills. Support should come in both ways, from employee and to all the people you ended working with. But as long as we worked together, there are always room for improvements for both.

I'm not sure if the site is legit or…
I'm not sure if the site is legit or not that's why I gave it 3 star. I've completed Tier 1 for weeks now. Been watching YouTube videos on how to advance to Tier3, then found out it's through discord workshop or whatever. To join the workshop is a problem because no specific time is set for it. It's just random. It's kinda frustrating. After the Tier1 test, I feel there should be a link to a form or something to just take the T3 test instead going through discord or whatever.

Tier 1 audit duration
If Zero rate was available, I would give it to atlas capture. If you choose frustrations, then atlas capture will serve you 1000%. Firstly, you cannot contact them. No support, no email, no phone, just there to do their things. In their system, you will see 3 days for review in Tier 1, now its a month plus. They have disabled tier 1 task, without notice or any communication. In discord, there is nothing. Whenever I click reserve, I get "Tier 1 production labeling is disabled. Tier 1 access is limited to GT trial episodes."
My concerns;
1. Why disable without notice?
2. Where are these GT trial episodes?
3. How do one reach the support?
4. How long should one wait for audit of tier 1?

Tier 1 is essentially a testing phase. The episodes available at this stage are GT trial episodes which act as evaluations to assess your skills before you are cleared for paid production work. These are not paid tasks as they are part of the assessment process.
Once you complete your GT episodes you are placed into an evaluation queue. Wait times can vary depending on the current volume of applicants, so we appreciate your patience during this period.
For support, our Discord server has dedicated channels specifically for Tier 1 questions where you can get guidance from our team. You are also welcome to reach out to our moderators directly on our Reddit community at r/atlas_capture and we will be happy to assist you there.
