If there was a zero star option I would use it. Placed an order 3 months ago, still nothing. AI chat is useless, and all you get is the run around. This is a scam.

Talk about a scam company...

ZERO Customer Support
- Product finally arrived (sort of)
- Controller would not work, kept disconnecting making it hard to even check it out
- The pre-installed menu I paid more for was not on there at all
- Laggy as all could be
- No where near the amount of promised games
- None of the 64 games or other ones advertised on the videos where on there
- No customer support

Have been told twice I could return it but nothing past that. Then just back to automated responses and no help & no communication. Ghosted

Feel completely scammed by the company. Horrible experience.

Same as everyone else. Its a scam. Don't do it. To chat is only an AI and it doesn't help and they will take your money.

45 days after I ordered and no item! Disputing with credit card.

I never received my item. I have messaged multiple times they reply some times with pointless replies not resolving the issue or bother to look into it and now I am just not getting any replies. Total waste of money!

Not only was my item extremely late. As it was meant to be bday gift. When it eventually arrived. It was broken . Awful service

I ordered my Gaming stick on the 1/6/2025. Only to get the run around by their chat which is the only way you can contact them. Tracking number would never update when contacting them 3 different times they would make excuses and say be patient your item is on its way if not we will refund it. It's the 30th and no refund or item or even working tracking to this day. Reading the other reviews it seems like many have this issue with them around the same time period.

Yeah this place is an absolute scam ordered the stick from them never got it and they gave me a bogus tracking number I would avoid them wish I could give them zero stars

Paid for the stick, but received kids shoes from china, waited for a month, same tracking number and etc. The guy on the "customer service" chat tried to acuse me being a scammer trying to get a refund a free product. Reported to the bank and bombing their website and posts on social media with the truth!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Ordered mine on 12.19.24, all they did was tell me my order is in transit. Gotta chalk this one up as a loss.

Ordered their game stick on 12/24/24. In a span of a month I received 2 different tracking numbers which show absolutely no information. They say to check their own website for tracking which also shows no information. Requested a refund and referred me to their website which is impossible to use. Live chat is automated AI responses which didn’t address any questions or conerns. STAY AWAY!

Deff a scam, ordered on 12/23/2024 still have not recieved and their customer support is useless

Same as everyone else. I ordered on 1/1/25. They sent me a tracking number on 1/9, but the item was never picked up by the post office. 7 days later it still says it’s ready to ship. Clearly a scam.

Scam; Received a tracking number; box never got picked up. Support is a copy/paste machine.

Edit: order arrived on 20th January, product works but most of the games on it are repeated multiple times, not as described.

Ordered from this website on December 29th, product still hasn’t arrived. (I wouldn’t be bothered if the delivery charge wasn’t £8).
Contacted them and got a reply saying it was ready for dispatch and a tracking number provided, which still just says it’s ready for dispatch. Probably a scam.
